Samantha Dossett Amazing customer service! Came from Prouds empty handed due to terrible customer service and ended up spending quite a bit at Michael Hill. I didn’t really care about the price as the wonderful woman who served me could have sold me anything. She grabbed my attention and offered her assistance within seconds of me walking into the store. We chatted and joked, she gave me her opinion and I was sold. Such a pleasant experience.

holly Came into the store and immediately saw a rude customer giving Alyssa a hard time. After Alyssa attended to her she came over and helped me swap out a previous purchase for a better size. Alyssa was so helpful and friendly despite a not great start to her shift. Will be going back knowing how great her customer service is. Thanks Alyssa
