1 /5 AP G: As an international visitor, this place gets 0 for customer service. Refused to exchange poor quality/damaged item. The manager was the worst part of my experience. She gave me a ridiculous explanation as to why she can not replace earrings that are poorly designed and will break if got caught in my hair while wearing. As predicted, earring broke as soon as i tried to remove it from the package, basically paide 30$ for 1 earring. Overall, I would not recommend this store, and if you do shop, please make sure your product wont break by the time you get home.

1 /5 Kris C: Today we went to Lovisa Knox and there was one staff member piercing people’s ears and she was the only staff member working so there was no one helping customers or even just putting purchases through while she was piercing ears. We couldn’t even talk to the staff member because she was busy piercing ears and there were other people lining up to get their ears pierced. Not a pleasant experience at all so we left without buying anything.

5 /5 Cherie Prendergast: Five stars is for Liv (I think she said that was her name), the poor girl was trying to run the store on her own, put sales through and pierce ears. She was so calm and patient with my daughter, very apologetic for the wait. Please give her a raise or at the very least more help!!!
