Suveena Ranzil Had a great experience here recently when my husband and I purchase jewellery for our anniversary. The salesperson was very helpful and spent time showing us a number of options. It was nice to have a chat with a fellow jewellery enthusiast. Found a beautiful piece and would shop here again.

Anj Zuchowicz Went in to look for an engagement ring for my fiancée. The sales staff member was so incredibly rude when my fiancée was asking the staff member questions about sizing. She said things such as “I’m not going to pull out every ring for you, you need to find one you like!”. We then asked what are the approximate price ranges of the rings (in case the rings were out of our budget since there wasnt any price tags) for the salesperson to then abruptly say "well it depends! I cant tell you the price of every ring as they are all different!" Her attitude put us off so we walked straight out of there as we felt like we did something wrong. We visited 4 other jewellers who were very friendly and helpful and ended up buying a ring from one of those jewellers who answered our questions patiently and had great customer service. I don’t know whether that staff member is having a bad day or just didn’t like us for some reason. We were first time customers needing help with engagement rings. We werent difficult repeat customers or asking her to import gold from Saudi Arabia. Either way there was no need to be so rude!!! Disgusting behaviour. AVOID.

Stephanie C Returned a faulty item, that was under warranty. It was sent off to a repairer in Melbourne, they couldn’t fix it so it was sent back to their main repairer overseas. No one communicated to me that I would be waiting weeks for the item to be returned. I chased the store up a couple of times. Steve said he would get back to me, he never followed through. Eventually I got a call to say it was back at the store. When I went to pick it up steve so graciously told me that my bracelet was worn around the store and he didn’t think it was that bad. Firstly pretty poor attitude to have when you’re in a customer service/sales role. Especially when I was without my item for almost as many weeks as I had, had it. Secondly disgraceful my bracelet was worn around the store… Thirdly if it wasn’t so bad I wonder why the repairer in melb couldn’t fix it. I was really excited to buy another piece, as I love their designs. But with a comment like that I just walked out.

Thank you girls , love that store ! A must visit as I got a 4 for $20 earrings , rings . Stunning range .

L Jasmin “JL” I don’t know what it is but the quality of the Lovisa unfortunately has gone right down. Two out of three of my kids have the sensitive earrings and both have infected ears. We use to have no issues but recently they keep getting constant infections to the point both are on antibiotic cream. The other kid has the chemist earrings and her ears are fine and I’ve changed over to another set from the chemist & her ears have improved really well. I swear it’s the quality of the earrings that’s causing the infection. ( Dr thought the same) reaction to the earring.

Went the extra mile to help to put on my flat backs and show me how it’s done as it was my first time using them. I’d definitely go back just based on such great customer service.
