1 /5 Stephanie C: Returned a faulty item, that was under warranty. It was sent off to a repairer in Melbourne, they couldn’t fix it so it was sent back to their main repairer overseas. No one communicated to me that I would be waiting weeks for the item to be returned. I chased the store up a couple of times. Steve said he would get back to me, he never followed through. Eventually I got a call to say it was back at the store. When I went to pick it up steve so graciously told me that my bracelet was worn around the store and he didn’t think it was that bad. Firstly pretty poor attitude to have when you’re in a customer service/sales role. Especially when I was without my item for almost as many weeks as I had, had it. Secondly disgraceful my bracelet was worn around the store… Thirdly if it wasn’t so bad I wonder why the repairer in melb couldn’t fix it. I was really excited to buy another piece, as I love their designs. But with a comment like that I just walked out.

His demeanor was cool, calm, patient, and accommodating, making it a truly compelling experience. Moreover, I happily added a new piece to my "mercy" ring collection. See you again soon. 1 /5 Anjelica Andy Woo: I visited the store today to purchase some silver jewellery for myself and was quite disappointed by the service I received. The sales associate exhibited an unfriendly demeanor, particularly when I was trying on rings. Her actions conveyed an implicit suspicion, as if I were going to steal something. She hastily stowed away the rings, forcing me to request to try them on again for size comparison. I find this behaviour unacceptable and rather antiquated. It led me to ponder whether I should dress up next time merely to receive acceptable customer service. Its disconcerting that such attitudes persist in 2023; this is not the 1990s. Overall, the experience was deeply unsatisfactory.

I was undecided about a piece I wanted to purchase and they had a piece shipped over from WA for me to try. I decided with the original piece of jewellery, a daisy limited edition, but it was great to have peace of mind. Great service and extremely helpful@ thank you
