Maria Bella I wanted a particular bag that was not in stock at this store. The staff were very accommodating and arranged to have the item delivered free of charge, to my home. Unfortunately, it was not the bag I ordered. I returned to the store and was told the correct item would be delivered to the store and I had to return for the exchange. When I was contacted and returned to the store (my 3rd visit), I was told that I would have to pay more. Let me get this straight... it was not my error in first place! There was no acknowledgement by staff that it was THEIR error, which was another mistake in light of proper customer service. There was no offer of a discount, or any other recognition that it was my 3rd visit, nor did they tell me that there would be an ADDITIONAL COST involved (which, lets face it, they would have known). I could have saved myself the 3rd trip! First impression of staff 9/10 but third impression 2/10.

Kat Murillo Went in to get a gift, there was only one other customer in store and 4 staff members yet i was not greeted by any of them because they were too busy standing on the side chatting to each other even though they saw me. The only person who was actually doing any work was the person behind the counter. They all literally just stared at me as I stood there looking at the items. Appalling customer service. Was going to offer a $50 tip to whoever actually came up and served me properly first but no one did :)

Lauren I had a very disappointing experience with one of the staff Heidi at S&S Chadstone! I came in excited to collect the necklace that i had paid for only to receive the worst customer service i have ever had to deal with. Her poor attitude and demeanour was very off putting. She was unprofessional from the moment that i walked in the store with no smile or warmth at all. She asked me if i had received the email about the collection and i said no. She even asked me if i needed a bag and i said yes please so she’s dumped it in there and said have a good day as if she was annoyed of me being there. I left feeling unsatisfied and disappointed. So i called the store and spoke to her she said there are rules to follow when picking up an item, i should’ve asked for your ID but i didn’t bother and i could get in trouble for it. I would’ve followed it if i had received the email. Turns out she had my email address wrong and she made it seem like it was my problem. Overall she was rude, displayed a completely unacceptable attitude and provided terrible service! Worst experience i have ever had at a jewellery store!

Legendary Recently i have bought this amazing SEIKO watch from Saleras, i was looking to buy a watch and when i was shopping around i saw this shop and i was very interested in their Seiko watch range. They have variety of brands but this Seiko really stood out to me and i decided to buy it. The sales person helped me get the right sizing and helped me choose this specific Seiko watch. The customer service is really amazing which is why i have decided to give it a 5 star. The salesperson was very kind and helped me with any questions that i had about the watch and also helped me with the warranty and etc. These guys also had the cheapest price compared to the other watch dealers. Yahya Irfan I highly recommend against Kennedy in Chadstone. It is more of an exhibition gallery rather than a business that provides luxury time pieces for purchase. Good luck getting a Rolex from here. They will put your name down for a non-existent "waiting list" with the intention of never providing you with the time piece that you requested. The entire gimmick with this store is to keep encouraging their customers to purchase less desirable watches and then selling them a dream that perhaps one day they will be able to purchase a more desirable piece - such as the Submariner or GMT Master. I promise you that they will never actually sell you the watch that you want. If you are serious about purchasing a Rolex that you actually want, i highly advise to stay away from Kennedy and purchase your timepiece from a reputable grey market dealer, such as WatchCraze. On top of this, the customer service at this store is nothing short of terrible. The staff and security outside are pretentious and seem to always maintain the image that they are better than you. I purchased my Submariner from a reputable grey market dealer, and I highly encourage anyone reading this review to do the same. Stay away from this business.

Mira-Ian White Bad customer service. I went two nights ago and saw a cardigan I liked. I asked the sales lady for my size. She said she will have a look and will be back in 5 minutes. I told her ok but not longer as I have to leave. I waited for a long time and nothing!! I saw her hanging clothes so I went over to ask her if she found my size, she responded by saying oh right and that it will take her 10 minutes!! She did not offer me any apology that she kept me waiting nor offered that she will have a look straight away!! I was not impressed so I left!!

Voula P Disgraceful service last night at Sportsgirl Chadstone. My friend needed a smaller size in a cardigan, the sales assistant said shell check the stock and will take about 5 minutes. After waiting for 20 minutes, we approached her and asked if she checked for the cardigan thinking she probably forgot. Her answer was Oh yeah- no itll take me 10 minutes. So she didnt check, wasnt willing to check and didnt even let my friend KNOW that she couldnt be bothered to check-so why is she even on the floor? Pathetic!

Ashleigh Hunter My experience at Chaumet Chadstone was lovely. I was greeted warmly and not made to feel in any way bad for just browsing. The SA Lucas was so kind and attentive. She helped me try on some beautiful pieces from the Bee My Love collection, while taking the time to get to know me and make me feel comfortable. Another SA brought me some macarons and offered me a drink too, which was lovely. Lucas was friendly and knowledgeable and I left the store feeling very special. Thank you!

She knows the products well and offered very professional recommendations regarding styles and sizes. Sayeedul Hasan We bought a pair of earrings on 1/1/25 , my strong recommendation is : 1) be polite to anyone entering your shop, as people are there to spend money and not get humiliated 2) when you are showing stuff stop telling me the price of every single item before taking it out . You need to to educate the white kid as to how to behave with your customers, the Asian girl was much more polite. You have a great collection but if you want customers to keep coming back , your sales team needs some abc education in manners and general courtesy. Great store ,poor service

Hunter AU Customer service was great when i purchased two very expensive items for my wife and daughter as a gift. When we found the item for my wife was too small, this store only offered store credit. If i purchased the items online, i would have received a full refund. My wife and i visited the store to find nothing she liked. We are now stuck with a very expensive item my wife will never wear. I will never shop here again, and i will never refer a family member, colleague, or friend to this store. I will make sure they are all aware of our experience. I will not even look in the window. Its very disappointing, and we have thrown away A LOT of money. Shame on you!
