5 /5 Ashleigh Hunter: My experience at Chaumet Chadstone was lovely. I was greeted warmly and not made to feel in any way bad for just browsing. The SA Lucas was so kind and attentive. She helped me try on some beautiful pieces from the Bee My Love collection, while taking the time to get to know me and make me feel comfortable. Another SA brought me some macarons and offered me a drink too, which was lovely. Lucas was friendly and knowledgeable and I left the store feeling very special. Thank you!

She knows the products well and offered very professional recommendations regarding styles and sizes. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable, will definitely go to Elva again in the future:)

1 /5 Suzi Maynard: I came into the store for the 2nd time to look at a gift for my 25th wedding anniversary and our previous sales associate was busy this time. I was served by the sales manager who made me feel instantly uncomfortable. It was a very confusing and frustrating experience. What I was looking for was unavailable and the sales manager did not explain the situation in a clear and concise manner. They seemed annoyed and lacked understanding. I left the store feeling really underwhelmed, unwelcome and unimportant. I will not return and do not recommend.
