1 /5 Mira-Ian White: Bad customer service. I went two nights ago and saw a cardigan I liked. I asked the sales lady for my size. She said she will have a look and will be back in 5 minutes. I told her ok but not longer as I have to leave. I waited for a long time and nothing!! I saw her hanging clothes so I went over to ask her if she found my size, she responded by saying oh right and that it will take her 10 minutes!! She did not offer me any apology that she kept me waiting nor offered that she will have a look straight away!! I was not impressed so I left!!

1 /5 Voula P: Disgraceful service last night at Sportsgirl Chadstone. My friend needed a smaller size in a cardigan, the sales assistant said shell check the stock and will take about 5 minutes. After waiting for 20 minutes, we approached her and asked if she checked for the cardigan thinking she probably forgot. Her answer was Oh yeah- no itll take me 10 minutes. So she didnt check, wasnt willing to check and didnt even let my friend KNOW that she couldnt be bothered to check-so why is she even on the floor? Pathetic!

1 /5 Andrea Huet: Service was deplorable!!!!! Zero vibe instore, definitely not how I remember Sportsgirl!!!! I chose a pair of shoes and stood there for about 10 minutes. Nobody could be bothered to help. Store wasnt busy at all. I had to ask for my size and the assistant glared at me, took her time to retrieve the shoes from the back room and said "here". I took the shoes to the counter and just left them there and walked out. Will NEVER go back there!!!!! SO MUCH FOR A "FLAGSHIP" STORE

1 /5 Luella Hall: So today I was grabbing my products I wanted to buy today and this worker comes and stands right next to me thinking I’m going to steal I end up putting the product back because I felt really uncomfortable being followed and eyed around the store and I just want to shop without a worker following me. I put my products down and went to go look at the jewlery and she follows me I could I almost feel her breathing on me she then proceeds to go behind the counter and what I presume look at the cameras.

5 /5 Christy M: Big compliment for Jess who assisted with my shopping experience on 01/06. I have never come across staff who went all out for a customer at Sportsgirl probably because most of the time I went at peak hours. Jess offered to assist with steam ironing the size 6 of the top she got from the storeroom as there was none on display. Little did she know that it has definitely made my day as I needed that top for that night and had only few hours to get ready for the event that night. Jess was just the angel sent! Her exceptional customer service has definitely upped my shopping experience with Sportsgirl and my perception of Sportsgirl moving forward.
