Their collection is always of top-notch quality, and even when we dont plan on buying anything, we often end up purchasing something because of how impressive their jewellery is. One of the things that truly sets them apart is their amazing staff and hospitality. Everyone is polite, welcoming, and very cooperative. During our most recent visit yesterday, we were assisted by Preety, and I must say she was exceptionally helpful. She didn’t rush us at all, took her time to show us options, and shared knowledgeable suggestions. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made our visit even more enjoyable. I sincerely appreciate the service provided by Dhunna Jewellers and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality jewellery and excellent customer service.

1 /5 Payal Rautwad: I recently visited this jewellery store to buy a gift for my friend’s newborn baby. At first, the person who approached us (possibly the owner) seemed welcoming. However, as soon as we mentioned we were looking for a small gift, the attitude completely changed. We were made to feel unwelcome, as if our purchase wasn’t important enough. The staff’s behaviour was dismissive and condescending — it felt like we were being looked down upon just because we weren’t planning to buy something expensive. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of the size of their purchase. This kind of attitude is disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this shop based on how we were treated.
