One of the things that truly sets them apart is their amazing staff and hospitality. Everyone is polite, welcoming, and very cooperative. During our most recent visit yesterday, we were assisted by Preety, and I must say she was exceptionally helpful. She didn’t rush us at all, took her time to show us options, and shared knowledgeable suggestions. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made our visit even more enjoyable. One thing that really stood out to me was the atmosphere of the shop. The moment you walk in, it feels like you’ve stepped back into the good old days— I also loved that she doesn’t use an EFTPOS machine; she keeps it old-school, which just adds to the nostalgic feel. It’s rare to find places like this anymore. I’ll definitely be back with more items needing repair. Highly recommend!
