Nick G I recently purchased an item online from Dinosaur Designs, but it was marked as final sale and I wasn’t able to exchange it, even though I wanted to swap it for something more expensive. As someone who works in Customer Service, I understand the importance of having policies, but I also know there’s always room for flexibility to keep customers happy and loyal.
Sometimes what you receive isn’t exactly like the pictures or what you expected from your online purchase, and the least a brand can do is offer an exchange or store credit to make the experience better. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the case here, and it left me feeling disappointed. It makes me not really want to purchase Dinosaur Designs again, as it feels like they aren’t very customer-focused.
I hope they reconsider their approach to returns and exchanges to create a more positive experience for their customers in the future.

Bridget Went here with a friend and no joke we were waiting for over 20 minutes to be acknowledged as the worker was working painfully slowly with a couple that also seemed annoyed that he was asking so many questions.
