Trudi Langford Had a wonderful experience with Alice and the team at Micheli Malvern. I wanted to redesign my late Mum’s jewellery (chunky and cumbersome 1970s design) as well as my own wedding set and Alice was so accommodating and executed my vision perfectly! My Dad loves what we’ve done with Mum’s diamonds and they’re now on display every day on my fingers instead of in a jewellery box. A touching reminder of Mum for him. Thanks Alice!

mardi farrant Paul designed a new ring from two of my wedding rings. I requested three different golds, a rose gold edge, my old yellow gold rings make the yellow gold central band & white gold face studded with my old diamonds & enhanced with three different precious stones to symbolise my three children. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Paul is a brilliant craftsman, thank you.

Shayor Hamid Possibly the most helpful staff in all of Australia, if not the world. Helped me get my earrings out and replaced even when they were stuck. It took a lot of time but they were patient and kind.
