5 /5 Dave F: I have been a cash converter customer for the past 13 years since arriving in QLD, supporting my local CC store solely for the first 10 yrs before deciding I would see how I went with ordering from interstate stores, and 95 % of the past 20 purchases of my 100 buys from CC as at last week have now been interstate to have supported requirements for products my local CC stores did not have.
without going into detail, I can safely say that the customer service I received from the current store manager, Mark, for the purchase of a galaxy phone, outdoes any service I have received from any retailer I can recall and I have never received bad service from any CC employee during the past 13 years -
In my experience. the service I have received from every CC employee I have dealt with is as good as that you would get from a retailer (HN, JB, Good guys etc) but. by buying from CC. you typically save up to 50% off item RRP and .given that I have never had a technology related item fail on me. (and we are talking around 10 mobile phones, 5 laptops, 5 smartwatches, 2 Tvs .. the list goes on to the tune of over $17K , (I even bought a 34 inch DELL monitor at half price and it arrived in a sealed box, same as a purchase 4 weeks back of a hoover carpet deep cleaner) , . I fail to see why cash converters isnt a persons first port of call ... but to those who leave negative ratings and say they wont be back I say great - by your not looking at cash converters there is more for those of us who do support it to buy from
