Ramon Merola Came in to get x2 clasps replaced. Michael is a true gentleman and very honest jeweller. Not only was he able to replace them in 30 minutes but he is well priced and even offered to trade in the broken clasps which made the price cheaper. He could have just said these are broken and that they are worth nothing and I wouldn’t have thought any different. Thank you again for your honesty and outstanding service

Michaels craftsmanship is excellent (he made both my engagement and wedding rings), and I have dealt with him multiple times since. I have had him fix a gold chain, a cross and my engagement ring (my fault - I got it caught on something and pulled), and each time I was impressed with his work, prices, time taken to complete the job, and kindness through it all. Highly recommend!

Faraz Rana Avoid Cash Converters Greensborough — terrible experience. Bought a guitar for price mentioned on website, supposedly with a case ( mentioned on website ) , but was told it wasn’t included. One string was broken, and the string height was off, which they dismissed. After fixing it at home and adding new strings, I found the build in tuner didn’t work. Poor management; I’d give zero stars if I could. Other locations are fine, but this one Greensborough is disappointing.

Anon. Jay Went in today around 2:30pm on Sunday 2nd of March and the two staff were unhelpful and not very friendly either. Customer service these days is just rubbish. Youre paid to do a job, so show up to work with a smile on your face happy to do your job or let someone who wants to work have your job, its very simple ladies.

Didnt question me once or make me go through embarrassment that I went with Doncaster store. Definitely will be shopping from here always.

Chris Price My wife recently left her wedding ring here to be cleaned. A week after picking it up, two small diamonds dislodged and are now lost. After notifying the jeweller who conducted the work, he tried to blame her and implied that she had somehow damaged the ring! If you value your jewellery, I’d advise not to take it here!!

Jasmine P Very stressed sales assistant yesterday when I was trying to buy a necklace. Brought in an old broken one to compare as I wanted similar to my old necklace and had to tell the sales assistant to relax as I wasnt trying to return it. I gave her the one I wanted to purchase after trying it on and handed it back to her with my own pearl attached to it and asked her to put them together in the box. My partner paid then she gave it back to me without my pearl and was very insistent I never handed her anything. I ended up finding my pearl on the floor behind her, behind the counter.

I then took them back the day after to get a refund and the worker literally questioned me as to why and was hesitant to give me my refund for my faulty jewellery. Do not buy from here!

The store manager Milly goes beyond to make you feel comfortable, helping to choose an outfit that suits you, even when you have no idea how to put colors and patterns together. Highly recommended.
