5 /5 shilpa Chauhan: Amazing customer experience, I went to exchange an item which was 4 days out of 30 day return policy but store member Jacinta was very helpful and understanding. Didnt question me once or make me go through embarrassment that I went with Doncaster store. Definitely will be shopping from here always.

2 /5 Jade N: Beautiful jewellery pieces and lovely store, but the sales attendant was rude to me and legitimately went out of her way to make me feel embarrassed because I asked if there were any more affordable rings than the ones she showed me. Looked me up and down and condescendingly said: “you know most of our pieces here are above $100, correct?” Will not be returning nor recommending this store to anyone.

5 /5 Frank Smin De Rovac: As boomers, we were not sure what to get an 18yo girl for her birthday. Walked into Pandora and we were a bit overwhelmed by the choices - but then Adam to the rescue! Adam patiently guided us through appropriate gifts and we settled on a necklace with the most adorable and intricate charm that was totally suitable. Greensborough Pandora and Adam, 10/10 for friendly and honest customer service. With young friends and relatives kids occasions coming up, we now have our go-to store for easy and hassle-free gift shopping. Thanks again!

2 /5 Clarisa Setiawan: I wouldve give 5 stars but the person on the phone today was very rude to me. Initially, I bought a new charm for my bracelet on 18/3/23 and the girl that was in the shop was very friendly and great. I also asked them to clean my bracelet and she told me she will contact me when the bracelet is done. Fast forward a few days later no text message at all from them and I assumed they will contact me because she asked me for my phone number and email. I called this morning and asked whether it is done because Ive got no text message at all from them and I was afraid they wrote down the wrong phone number. The person on the phone then proceded with condesending voice "We will not call you or message you because this is a free service and we will not go that length" and then I asked how do I know the bracelet is done if you are not at least send me a text message saying it is done? Again he proceded to tell me with a mocking voice "it is free so we will not call or text you". First of all, I can understand if that is your policy but the nice girl on the shop said you will contact me. Second, mistake happened ok I can understand there might be miscommunication there but to say your customer just want a free service is disgusting when in fact the reason why I wanted to clean my bracelet is because I purchased another charm. If this is how you want to treat your customer especially if your customer just want to clean their jewelery (which you offer the service) please do not offer it at all and degrading your customer it is digusting!
