Jennifer, Pina and Kayla, you are all outstanding and went out of your way commencing from my initial phone call a couple of weeks ago till today when I came in to collect my daughters birthday gift. Such a great team providing very friendly and professional service. I could also see the other customers instore feeling the same as you all interacted with each other and each customer making us all feel very welcome. Service like this is hard to come by these days so a huge thank you is warranted for this store and its team. Ill definitely be returning here.

David Kirkaldie My fiance and I were looking at rings in the window when a salesperson, Oona, invited us in. She was incredibly helpful and patient even though we were just window shopping while on vacation. The rings were fairly priced, the staff was very knowledgeable, and there was no sales pressure. We fell in love with a vintage ring with an old European cut diamond that had a fire inside that you dont see with modern cuts. We also wanted an older diamond that could not be a conflict diamond. We ended up calling the next day to purchase the ring, we just couldnt pass it up. Marcus took the call and double checked the size, mailed it to Colorado at no cost. When it arrived it came in a handsome ring box and a thank you note was included. Everything about this business transaction was delightful and smooth. I might have to come back for the wedding band.
