E Fang I went for a 30 min massage at clouds. The girl is really nice but doesn’t seem to understand my intention well. I mentioned clearly at the start that my main focus is left side of my head (a specific spot), shoulder, and lower back muscle. And I want to focus on my head cus it really bothers me. The girl starts from my foot and bottom so I stopped her to just focus on where I want. Even with myself pointing to the spot, she doesn’t seem to find my spots well. There were a lot of general rubbing on the back and then go to the arm. Everytime I have to reiterate that no arm please and I repeated for at least 5 times. After half of the massage she finally goes to the shoulder and the technique was kinda of okay. When there was 5 minutes, she finally touched my neck, so I ask her to massage the spot on the head instead. I have to show her myself a few times where it is, however she couldn’t effectively find the spot and massage it appropriately. Eventually my worst spot wasn’t even touched on. Again, the girl was nice however the massage was far away from my expectation.

Esther Wong Massage was a real authentic Thai massage. The pressure was good and the atmosphere was relaxing. Parking out front is only 30 minutes so I got a half an hour oil massage. 4 star because they didnt wipe the oil off with a warm/hot towel after massage.

Beth McDonald I came here for the first time today to squeeze in a manicure during my lunch break. I was attended to immediately and the lady did these beautiful Shellac french tips in under 40 minutes from start to finish! I was very happy with my service and my nails, and they were very well priced too. I will definitely be coming back!

Huluni pomale Terrible service Went today with my son who is vision impaired they made me wait 45 miss without anyone letting me know theyd take a while Another lady came in she was of Indian decent and the salon is owned by Indians They advised her after she waited 10 mins in Indian that it would be another 10 knowing that was a lie she left after I asked her what the man said because for some reason they would talk to me just look at me My son ended up falling asleep having to wait that long and in the end I left Ridiculous and poor customer service It wasnt even the waiting it was the total disregard for me being there let alone waiting. Had they said its going to take a while maybe come back I wouldnt of been so frustrated
