It was my first time doing sugaring and was a little nervous about the pain, but the technician made be feel very comfortable and at ease. Loved the style of the salon too, very chill and relaxing. Louise Punturere I’ve been to this nail salon twice now, and my nails are already getting so much healthier and stronger thanks to their all natural practices – no drilling or harsh techniques involved, just pure nail care. After years of acrylics leaving my nails brittle, their bio-gel treatments are reviving them beautifully. The atmosphere is so calming and relaxing, and the staff are incredibly lovely. I had Danielle the first time and Dani the second time, and both were absolutely wonderful! They take great care to ensure every manicure is perfect. I walked out both times so happy with the results and so happy with how strong and healthy my nails are becoming. Highly recommend this salon if youre looking for a natural, relaxing nail care experience!

Rhi Mel has done my eyebrows twice and they looked amazing both times! Long lasting, i trusted her to pick the perfect shade for me and she did a great job, my eyebrows have maintained the pigment and the shape is amazing too. She spent over an hour perfecting the shape for me! I see Mel every few weeks for Lash extentions. She will never compromise your lash health, she will only ever use a safe length for your natural lashes to ensure their integrity. I have been seeing Mel for years now and although she is already amazing she continues to expand her knowledge every chance she gets. The environment is always clean and very calming. She always will listen to your wishes and is great to chat with or have a silent appointment with. You will always feel comfortable and safe with Mel, i wouldnt trust anyone but her with my lashes!

Brenda C. I have been having eyelash extensions for over 19 years.. long before they became "fashionable" and Ive had many different beauty therapists do them for me over the years. I have been seeing Mel for the last few years (probably about 4-5 years at a guess). I can honestly say she is the best! I get sooo many compliments. The lashes Mel uses are not only light and easy to wear but voluminous and long lasting. I choose to have the shorter length because I am in my 60s and I want them to look full, but natural.(I have also never had many of my own lashes, even as a younger person). These are perfect! Most of my clients and friends did not even know they were not my own, which is the look I am after. Just over a year ago Mel convinced me to have new brows. She told be about the natural looking Nano hairstroke technique. Being a teen of the 70s I had over plucked mine. I knew they looked a bit small and too short but I had been too scared to try it.. lets face it.. they are on your face for a long while if its not the look you want. I neednt have worried. Mel did a fabulous job.. leaving me wishing I had done them before. People noticed, but couldnt actually work out what was different.. they were just saying that I look so well. Thats because the technique Mel uses looks so natural. She spends a lots of time measuring and making sure the design is perfect for you, and it shows in the end product and in the quality of her work. Mel is also incredibly well priced. She is such a lovely, giving, caring, human being. I sincerely recommend her to anyone wanting either lashes or brows (or both!).

dhanya paranamana I came to know Asmita through a recommendation from my previous beautician as she had to move to US. Asmita is very responsive to text messages and calls and she tries hard to accommodate your timings for bookings. I went to her only twice so far and her facials were so relaxing, I fell on sleep both times ☺️. The other services I got from her were waxing and threading and all those services were also satisfying. Asmita was not rushing and accommodate above services to my liking.

Tamara Rich I was looking for a new eyebrow threader and lash lifter after I moved to the Dandenongs. Jenny was recommended to me and she is great. I’ve been a couple times now and my brows and lashes haven’t looked this good in ages. It’s not rushed like some of the brow bars you go to and she really takes her time to get it right and give you a great result. She is also so lovely to deal with and overall just a great service.

RM Foord First thing you should know is this is not just another brow studio. This is completely next level and so happy I found Penny. Long story short, took my mom for new brows after chemo thinned not just her hair but caused permanent brow loss (This was post treatment and 3 years recovery so no health or parents were harmed for this review). The communication beforehand was exceptional, the pricing was thoroughly explained at each stage, the after care package would make spas blush and oh my, the studio was a quiet tranquil oasis. I wanted to live there. The brows looked naturally beautiful and was the lift my mom needed. Penny rocks.

Ive been wanting to do something about my disappearing eyebrows for years (over plucked in the 90s thanks to the style set by Pamela Anderson and now greying in my dotage) but had seen a lot of eyebrow tattoos that were well short of natural. Im pleased to say that after finding Penny and seeing the photos on her website I knew I had finally found the person who was going to help me to achieve my dream eyebrows. The results are incredible. I have had so many people comment on my natural looking brows which Penny tattooed. The process was extremely relaxing to the point that I fell asleep three times!! Im very impressed with how Penny has set up her business. Her approach is professional, relaxing and extremely client focused. (No interruptions during my appointments) I love that Penny has chosen to use natural, cruelty free products, not surprising as shes so lovely. haley cooper When I first came here my natural lashes were so ruined from my old lash lady and Jess saved my lashes, she recommended things I do and now my natural lashes have grown back and are very healthy. Jess does the best refills every time too, she makes me feel very comfortable and relaxed and whatever I request she is able to make my lashes look nice and full. Tonight i asked for a cat eye look and it’s so amazing!!! 10/10 recommend booking in with Jess. Don’t forget Henry he is amazing and is the best at nails!!

J Temby I’ve had four RF skin sessions with Carrie and have been so happy! Not only with my results but of the overall experience at Top Knox. Walking into a beautiful and inviting space makes you feel comfortable and at ease immediately, it’s well looked after and the staff are so lovely. They had some great Easter specials that I thought I’d try, and have come regularly since. Certainly would not hesitate to recommend Carrie & Top Knox!

Grace St Clair Not only was the beautician super friendly, but you can tell they care about the customer experience by creating a spa feeling in-store. My first lash lift that I had through a different clinic wasn’t the best so I thought it was my lashes were the problem (too straight to curl well), but I left my appointment with beautifully lifted and tinted lashes! Will definitely be going back :)

Justina Ravi Ive been coming here every 6 weeks for 2 years and feel like Ive found a gem. Carrie is so mindful about the environment - it feels like almost every time I come in, theres a new upgrade making the place feel cozier. Ive only ever worked with Carrie, and shes wonderful to be with (including excellent at what she does). I can just come as I am and relax while Im there, regardless of good or bad days. To me, it feels like Im going to a spa every time I show up. The staff are also gentle, adding to the whole spa-like experience. I couldnt recommend Carrie and this place enough. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Carol Simpson We have been clients of Rave for quite a number of years now and we are always made to feel welcome and valued. All the staff are amazing and I often get regular compliments on the colur and style. Now that I have embraced my grey, which actually turned out to be this amazing white that people PAY for, the change and style are simply the best. I discussed this decision to grow out the colour and change the style and it was onwards from there. We are all very happy indeed with the results.

Queenie Yip It was my first time visiting this salon, and I was quite nervous since I wanted a big change in my hairstyle. The service here was excellent and very attentive. I showed them a picture of what I wanted, and they understood it perfectly. I also added a few extra requests, and they managed to fulfill all of them. If there was anything uncertain during the process, they would check with me first, which made me feel really reassured. The final result exceeded my expectations, and I’m absolutely satisfied with it. I highly recommend this salon!

Laila Hamad Wasn’t a happy customer I went a few times I noticed there was patches of hair still on my body and I told if I could get a full body wax including feet and toes while my feet and toes were not even touched still remaining hair I was not happy and my inner thigh I noticed I had two large bruises and that was just a surprise shock. She was really rough when she did my legs waxing very painful She only booked me in because it was a cancellation and she was basically rushing her job because they close. I think at 9 o’clock but my appointment was at 8 o’clock. Well that’s not my fault. When I got told it was a cancellation. I took the appointment. She left hair on my face and I told her to take the whole hair off my face. I said a full face wax still left hair there and I haven’t been back since January this year and I don’t think I will be back again if I do, I will not get Waxing. I’ll only just get my nails done. I found the nail lady a lot more nicer and friendlier she want rushing her job I find the Waxing is not really what I expected when everyone was telling me to go here I just found the Waxing Lady very personal. She was asking me a lot of questions just because I said I used to go see someone else but that other person is not available and that’s the end of the story. You don’t have to keep asking questions about a certain person, who I use to get waxing done in a previous years ago very unprofessional small business this place is

Bec Dudley I dont pamper myself often but when I do, Danielles is my go to. I can always get an appointment in a reasonable time frame and Danielle and Sharon are always so fun and accommodating. I dont know how Sharon does it, but my SNS nails always last me about 3 weeks when she does them. Thank you ladies for making me feel like a friend as well as a valued client.

Ta La I visited a few years ago after making a last minute appointment where she was able to fit me in to her schedule. After reading her reviews I was excited to possibly have her as a regular beautician who is also local to myself. Yet the experience was quite the contrary. I was late by no more than 5 minutes and incredibly apologetic as I had to leave my daughter who I was breastfeeding at the time. She seemed obviously annoyed with me and as a result rushed through waxing my legs fast and with abrasive movements where hairs were left behind which my husband had noticed. She also left me completely uncovered not offering a towel for privacy or comfort. It doesnt matter whether she sees one body and sees them all, its respectful to have at least offered a towel. I dont know if Danielle typically gets stressed when running late or was having a difficult day but I did not intend to do this to her and I felt so guilty for making her run behind time. I recall at the time she didnt have her son as we spoke about kids but maybe now she would understand the complexities of getting out and about with the responsibilities of young children, working and how hard it is to get places on time no matter how hard you try. I know I should have said something at the time but I was so disappointed at the whole experience that I couldnt wait for it to be over. I read all of these great reviews yet had none of these experiences.
