Prices are maybe a little higher than average for the area, but the results more than make up for that - I cant recommend this place enough

Zainab Al-Kabbawi Sonia is so good. You could tell she owns the business and puts so much effort and passion into it. I had eyelash extensions somewhere else and had such a bad experience but with Sonia I could tell the difference from professionalism, attention to details, perfect work and so accommodating and kind. I think it’s a place you want to go to feel good regardless of what you want done. I’ll def be back soon!

Carla Bove I’ve been getting my lashes and nails done at Mina Lashes recently and their work is on point! Mina and staff are all lovely and go out of their way to make sure I’m happy. I highly recommend if you want quality, care and value for money.

Sarah Neary I booked for a gel polish, the price is wrong on the website, and within 24 hours I has chips on my nails. It was evident when leaving the salon that the seal was not placed all the way over my nails and the face one woman watched from behind as the other completed my nails makes me think she wasn’t qualified. Within 48 hours big layers of gel were coming over. When I msged less than 24 hours after my appointment to say I was disappointed and sent photos I received a message to come in and get them redone. I msged I was unable as I was away, for the event I got my nails done for, I was then told I could come back and I’d get a special deal. When I asked for a refund the text messages stopped. Incredibly disappointing, expensive compared to other nail salons and a waste of time. I received a $15 refund after waiting for a text msg reply. I then had to go pay out to get my nails done elsewhere. Good luck using the website to book as you can’t pick the shop location when making a booking despite what is listed in the reply below from the owner.

Kyrie DO NOT GO HERE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD I saw the high reviews and decided to give the salon a go and oh my god have I never had such a bad experience. I booked online and when I arrived I was the only person in the salon. They started on my nails and about 15 minutes into the appointment another person arrived, despite having two people working (one the owner) I was left alone for almost 20 minutes while the person that arrived was given a pedicure before the owner finally came over to do my nails. They continued to swap between clients, with a lot of waiting in between. I will note they filed my nails at such an angle I was in pain for days and bleeding on half of my fingers (I understand this happens but 5 fingers? Absolutely wild and that was the owner) In total it took two hours for the set and cost $110, which is definitely pretty expensive. When getting home I looked at the quality of the nails and could see quite a few imperfections and wasn’t extremely happy with the look (see photos) and the fact I was covered in glue that was burning my hand and took days to scrub off. 3 days later when my thumb cracked when undoing a pair of shoe laces (see photo), snapping off when typing on my computer. Absolutely wild! Never happened to me before and not even doing something remotely difficult on the nails. I called and asked if I could come in, stating I was pretty disappointed it had broken in 3 days after getting them and was expecting to get the repair for free as clearly they hadn’t been applied correctly. I go in to get them done, the owner begins shaving the broken nail while I’m sitting on the waiting couch instead of clearing a chair. Despite the fact I called ahead I was waiting around for a long period of time. Getting more frustrated as this was a serious inconvenience of my time. It took 1 hour in total for ONE nail. Absolutely ridiculous. As I get up to leave they tried to charge me. I couldn’t believe it especially since I had confirmed they would fix it for free. While I will note they only attempted to charge me $5 the fact I paid $110 for nails that didn’t even last 3 days. There was no way I would be giving them another cent, Truthfully I’m surprised they didn’t offer compensation for the inconvenience and absolute waste of time. Fast forward a week since I got my nails done the tip underneath the other thumb began peeling back (as seen in the photo). I was incredibly disappointed and decided to hold off on posting a review to really test the wear since it was already so disappointing. 10 days since first getting my nails done the top of the thumb that wasn’t fixed has completely snapped off when doing the dishes (see photo). You have to be kidding me. Nothing I have done in the last 10 days should have caused any of the issues I’ve experienced. I truly have never gotten worse nails, not even considering the price. Please for the love of god do not go here. They must have changed hands as there is no way the score reflects what I have seen. If I could give them negative scores I would. While I tried to wait until my next set I have had to get a new set after 10 days. I can’t describe how awful this experience has been and an absolute waste of time. When I say go anywhere else I mean literally anywhere else. Edit: To be clear the situation did not escalate and I would be happy to see the footage of me simply saying I would not be paying anything more after the inconvenience of having to come back less than a week later. I already made it clear it had broken undoing shoelaces and it felt accusatory in the way you began questioning me. Lastly I was not asked to leave, I left on my own accord after making it clear I wouldn’t be paying anything extra. I think it’s absolutely appalling you would suggest otherwise.

swastika shrestha Absolutely loved my nail appointment at Mina Lashes and Nails.I got a gel manicure with custom nail art, and the results were stunning. The space was clean and relaxing, and mina was super friendly and paid amazing attention to detail. Ive gotten so many compliments already. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

Georgette Ajouri Positives: - Was able to take a last minute booking (called 45 mins ahead of time) - Clean and tidy salon - SNS color range extensive - Toilet available on site Negatives - has 3 girls work on my nails (frustrating as I had to repeat the shape I wanted several times) - SNS applied to natural nails and when shaped, filed narrow and took off natural nail in the meantime causing unnecessary damage. Index and middle finger on left hand are the worst.

Sigma Ohio rizzler I was amazed by how great my experience here was, my family has been coming here for many years and the service and results have always been excellent. My most recent nails were breathtaking, They turned out even better than my inspo photos, Luna, the person that did them is incredibly talented. They stayed on my entire beach trip despite me surfing and swimming with them. I am so grateful and will 100% be coming here again

Tina Dang I got my nails done by Emily today, and it was amazing! She was super gentle with my dry skin, which was such a relief. Emily also gave me great advice on the shape and color, and I absolutely love how my nails turned out. If you need a nail tech who really knows their stuff and takes good care of you, go see Emily!

Natalie Dammous Oh my days - what an experience! Shanaya is such a professional plus she has a beautiful smile. I had the Sublime Steam followed by a 1 hour De-Stress massage and I was in heaven! I am so happy with the whole experience. The layout of the salon is simply divine plus there is onsite parking which eradicates any concerns about getting a parking ticket. I will definitely be back!

Anonymous information For you I brought in my niece previously. I can say that the worker here is amazing and so kind! My niece struggles with mobility and had anxiety however the girl that served her, Davina, was exceptional! She was such a bubbly person to be around and represents the company in the best way! My niece later expressed how pleased she was and how comfortable she felt. I certainly would recommend coming in and getting your job done by Davina! Overall a good expirence.

Kellie Hunter I had my nails and pedicure done a week ago. The young girl and other staff were lovely however the shellac on my fingernails has lifted and started peeled off hasn’t even lasted a week very frustrating and annoying I had an event to attend and had to peel everything off

Maria Saffioti Used a $300 voucher on shellac manicures for myself and my daughter. I have given 1 star purely because I couldn’t give a 0. In terms of the quality of our nails I can honestly say this is the worst I have ever had done. The shellac was disgusting. So much so we both went elsewhere today (3 days after having our nails done at Beauty on Rose) and the nail tech actually asked us both if we had painted our nails ourselves. What an absolute waste of $300 at a business where I expected so much more. Will definitely not attend ever again.

Jess Harvie The pros of this place is efficiency due to size and staffing. I’ve had a few good experiences here but the last time I went I sat for 30 mins waiting for an appt that would usually last about 10-15 mins and eventually left as I had other appointments to get to. Something had clearly gone wrong as I’ve had phone calls before flagging a delay. The staff that I’ve met are really nice, efficient, staff know what they’re doing and their price point competitive. I was refunded but I won’t be going back.
