Tara Elena Fenech I’m really disappointed with this salon, especially since I’ve been a loyal customer for quite some time. During my last visit, I was shocked when they tried to charge me extra just for changing the shape of my nails and choosing a different color for a few nails—mind you, not a design, just a color change! I can completely understand an extra charge for intricate designs since they require more time and effort, but this was ridiculous. I also regularly get refills and pedicures here, so I would have expected better treatment and appreciation as a repeat customer. To make matters worse, the staff is consistently rude. They often speak in their own language when clients are present, and it’s obvious from their body language and tone that they’re talking about customers. It’s unprofessional and uncomfortable, leaving clients feeling unwelcome. This experience has left me incredibly disappointed. The salon really needs to prioritize customer service and treat their loyal clients with more respect.

Sneee S Had shellac done to fingers and toes. The hand nails are too thick and bumpy, looks like they have grown out after 1 day . Toe nails didnt even have a final gloss coat applied. 1st time and possibly last Also you guys need to stop talking in your language when you have customers, its beyond rude

L M This place is always busy. I love going here as their nail technicians are friendly and efficient. They are very thorough with their work and use sanitized tools for each customer. They keep their premises clean. Best part it th hot stone massage after each mani / pedicure. The only suggestions would be: less loud talk between the technicians and some soothing music to be played to make the experience perfect.

Alyssa Pace Pretty upset with my experience today! I had been going to this nail place before the new management and loved it, but today I had asked for a short French tip with a reference photo. The nail tech had started to paint the French tip but I asked if she could try painted it a different way, more similar to my photo. She refused and said her way was nicer, and I asked if she could please try and she again refused. Feeling shutdown, I just left it. I then was really unhappy with my results. Not very happy, and considering I’m the one who was paying for this design I don’t think she should be the one to determine what design I get.

Kimichi Chi Terrible service from Tina. I came to fix one of my broken nails. Not only did she put on the thinnest layer of gel possible, but she also made the shape of the nail entirely different from the others. She proceeded to tell me how all my nails are a bad shape, which is why she made the one nail she was fixing an entirely different shape? Doesn’t make sense!! On top of that, she complained that I didn’t know the name of the colour on my nails - even after I explained that I got them done at another shop after simply asking for light pink!! On top of that - she didn’t even tell me I was done (or say anything at all when she left), had me sitting there for ages! Extremely RUDE and will never be back. Which is very sad, because I have been coming to this salon for years. I repeat: DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE BY TINA!

Now I have to just let it grow out but don’t recommend a hair cut from here! Venus Petterwood I am a regular customer at this salon, but today I had a disappointing experience. I told the lady for a fringe cut and a small trim for my long hair. However, I ended up with short, uneven haircut. Im not happy with the result.

But instead she cut my hair too short, more like half a foot to start with, without asking me first or showing me, then keeps cutting them shorter and shorter because it is not getting symmetrical. And then charged us $40.

Mrs Coffee Bean My pedicure here was fantastic and the lady who did it was so wonderful! Unfortunately my daughters got their nails here at the same time and the lady (pregnant lady) who did my youngest daughter’s nails was so rude and snappy to her. It was her birthday and it was her first time getting her nails done so she was nervous. Both the girls had cuts on their cuticles afterward so for that reason we wouldn’t be back unless we could book in with the first girl, who as I said was wonderful and friendly. These three stars are for her alone.

Imogen Jayne $80 for sloppy nails that break within 24 hours. Originally I asked for an ink spill black tip, as she was doing the design work I thought it was just her mapping it out but then went to get the jewels that were in my reference photo. She wanted me to walk out of the salon with half done, streaky, patchy nails that looked nothing like the picture. If you can’t do it just say that and I’ll pick something else. What’s worse is me deciding to change it to full black tips seemed to make her angry and she became rough and sloppy, so sloppy that the next day my nail polish has peeled off. The underpart of the nails were covered in black nail polish and the acrylic powder was left in clumps. For $80? Are you serious?

Shalini S I was upset since my long natural nails were chopped to have extensions but rather got small nails as results,I asked for almond shape & what I got was round shape. Even though I wasn’t happy with the shape & length of my nails I paid & did not redo but my nails are hurting badly now, while shaping my nails very harshly done by that lady. Lady cut the length and then asked is it ok. After filing nails kept looking small. No use of getting nails literally no length plus they don’t understand English we cannot understand theirs. Even though you asked I did not get what I wanted. Very upsetting . Total happy mood turned off. Wasted my $$. Never getting done by any other lady other than I know does good job Lara.

Angela David Will never be back, I had a lady training do my pedicure who cut more skin then she should have which is now infected. On top of that I got my nails done and the lady cut my nail bed (skin) and just let another lady take over, it’s been almost a week and my finger is still in so much pain. Would not recommend at all if you want to keep your skin and health. They also still manage to ask me to pay full price after the pain they have caused.

Jaye Oliver Ive had my brows done here a few times but the girl who did them yesterday has completely butchered them. They are SO insanely thin its ridiculous. Ive spent such a long time growing them out and she has just ruined them...I cant even look in the mirror without crying.

BiBi I would give a 0 star but that’s not an option. A very disappointing experience and waste of money. I sent my mum here to get her brows done, but the lady rushed through it, finishing in just a few seconds. The result was uneven one brow was noticeably thicker than the other. When my mum pointed it out, the lady dismissed her concerns with excuses, claiming that making it thinner would “ruin the mountain shape.” My mum has had her brows done many times before, and no one has ever said that or left them looking so uneven. Unfortunately, the difference in thickness is extremely noticeable. I wish i read the reviews before sending her here. Although eyebrow threading is $15 I still feel bad for spending that money here. Definitely avoid if you can.

Ashleigh Caulfield I visited the store today, Sunday March 2nd. I was the only person in the store at the time, so it wasn’t busy. I had my eyebrows tinted. When she had finished I said to the lady that they were very light and could I please have them darker. She said no. I thought she misunderstood what I was asking, so I asked for a second time if she could please make them a little darker as you couldn’t tell I had had them tinted. She said for a second time, no. Later during day I was going out and I had to use an eyebrow pencil to shade them in, that’s how light they were tinted. Very disappointing and a waste of money.

Khyla Gosche AVOIDED BROW PARLOUR WOODGROVE! went in tonight (7/6/24) around 7:30pm to have my eyebrows threaded. There was only 1 worker and after she had initially finished my brows, she asked if I liked them.. I explained how I usually prefer my eyebrows to be and then she proceeded to give me her unwanted opinion and point out features on my face and why she thought what I wanted wouldn’t look good. After going back and forth with the lady, I just got up, paid and left. Looks aesthetically pleasing from the outside but customer service is an absolute joke and the service provided is below par.

Its been 5 years maybe since i came last and yesterday i went i to see what they charge for french pink nails only bc i had short nails and i needed then to look tidy. But the lady (only lady in the place i could see) served me, took a look at my hands, told me they not beautiful , i askedher for a manicure to help them look beautiful and she started saying 30- 35- 40 maybe 45.. I looked around and the place was empty.. Im not sure what was going on bc normally these places , its full or at least some ppl there and u have to wait. But no. There wasnt anyone, not a sole in sight.

I’ve come once before and they messed up my colour but I shrugged it off because maybe they were just too busy, then I went there for the second time and the lady who did my nails shaped it so horribly that my nails almost looked like duck nails which I didn’t ask for I just asked for simple iridescent square nails.
