As soon as she realised we were enquiring about repairing a chain, her demeanour changed and her tone was degrading. She kept explaining things in a degrading way thinking she’s better than everyone in the world. Please learn how to properly conduct your self and be kind because it will come back in the future.

Hương Giang Trần I give 1 star because I cannot give zero. I was there to clean my ring because I have care plan on afternoon 25 August. The behavior of manager on duty at store was disgusting. I had to leave store without having my ring to be cleaned.

Lei Lei Lei Lu Very disappointing experience. I walked in wearing my school uniform with my backpack, just to have a quick look around, and was told to leave my bag at the front. I hadn’t even touched anything. If this is really about preventing shoplifting, then why aren’t people with crossbody bags asked to do the same? Singling out students feels unfair and disrespectful. Even luxury brands that sell items worth thousands don’t treat their customers this way — yet this small jewellery shop assumes the worst of people the second they walk in. And with security scanner gates already at the entrance, I can’t help but wonder if those are just for show. What happens when the shop gets busier after school? Will every single student be told to dump their bags at the counter? That’s unrealistic and unprofessional. This store has no respect for customers and no understanding of basic professionalism. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others. Students and young people especially — be prepared to be treated like criminals the moment you walk in.

She helped after i received poor customer service at a nearby jewellery shop . From the moment i walked in i received nothing but amazing customer service helping me with my son’s broken necklace from his 21st . She fixed his necklace and was so caring and understanding - wonderful customer service at this store . Please keep Jan forever and very big thank you from my son who loves his chain - it was a very precious birthday gift he cherishes .Highly Recommended

Zee Z Ally and Jasmeet were so amazing! These girls are not just fantastic at sales, but their custoner service is top notch. Real, stepping forward kind of energy and care. They went above and beyond for me, helping me out with a last minute dilemma for my daughters function, at the very last minute. I cant thank these girls enough, I ended up spending so much money here when I went in for a simple headband...but I got a great deal. As a manager of a big team myself, I think its very important to celebrate your star staff! So I hope this review gives these girls the recognition they deserve. Jeff Lang Just brought Seiko 5 GMT (SSK003) watch from this store. Price was good. Service was good. The staff member who served me had two goes at taking some links out (1 link at a time) to get the right fit. No Issues.

Alysha Dang Had the absolute worse experience trying to exchange my ring which had a stone fall out. Customer service experience was 0. The person servicing Sandy look absolutely disgusted and kept interjecting whilst I spoke insinuating I was at fault for the ring falling out. I was asked multiple times for the size of the ring. Listening skills were clearly a 0. Gave me the ring and a receipt no offer of even a clear bag for the ring nor a box. If you look that disgusted by customers maybe you should reconsider a different job. Absolutely horrendous experience today.
