5 /5 natasha colla: My little girl just had her ears pierced. The staff were amazing, explained it step by step, kind and patient. Brilliant hygiene. We have been served by this staff member before and she is amazing. I didnt get her name unfortunately but she is brilliant. Thank you so much

5 /5 Zee Z: Ally and Jasmeet were so amazing! These girls are not just fantastic at sales, but their custoner service is top notch. Real, stepping forward kind of energy and care. They went above and beyond for me, helping me out with a last minute dilemma for my daughters function, at the very last minute. I cant thank these girls enough, I ended up spending so much money here when I went in for a simple headband...but I got a great deal. As a manager of a big team myself, I think its very important to celebrate your star staff! So I hope this review gives these girls the recognition they deserve. I will definitely be back and reccomend lovisa watergardens to all. Thank you!

2 /5 Rehani Perera: The products are lovely but the salespeople are very crafty. Requests the email for the receipt assuring that no promotional content will be delivered, but sneakily add the email for their promotional subscriptions.

2 /5 Bree Barnes: Bought a pair of earrings at about 2pm today…. They’re now broken. They’ve been in for about 3 hours. The bottom ring snapped off just by me moving my hair. The lady said I’d get my receipt in an email but I think she misspelt it so now there goes $30 down the drain.
