1 /5 Jess And mochi: Agreed with previous comments. However greeted when arrived but I wasnt ready to be served. When I was ready kept being ignored twice. I guess they had too many staff to chat with each other. Left empty handed rather to shop online

2 /5 fHaewon Oh: I go here a lot. The teenage/young adult staff always have this attitude, and they look like they don’t want to be there. Very unwelcoming. They have given me several bad experiences here. I have done click and collect and redeemed eGift Cards in store. During both visits, they don’t even notice that I was waiting patiently for some service, and then gave an attitude when I was finally approached. This is very common here. The staff here used to be fine. But it’s now terrible and I dread going here.

Chelsea, a bubbly young and enthusiastic lady served us with professionalism, humour and respect. Her obvious passion For the brand and the product was evident from the minute we walked into the store. Thank you Chelsea keep up the good work and your excellent work ethic.
