Anna BK Have had a number of items resized, repaired and reworked here. The quality of their workmanship is fantastic and the staff are lovely to deal with. Have never purchased from their collection, but they have some beautiful things.

DJ Wilson Great experience with outstanding customer service from Cheryl. Bought a beautiful lab diamond ring for my wife, who thought it was beautiful but preferred a different style. Utilising their change of mind policy it was very easy to change this to another ring which we preferred. The service by Cheryl was outstanding throughout the whole process and we ended up getting other gifts for our daughter. Would definitely recommend.

Daniel Heng Ryan was an amazing person to interface with, especially during a difficult time of dealing with an estate issue, the passing of a loved one. He was professional, incredibly prompt, kind, and we couldnt have had a more efficient and perfect experience dealing with the sale of jewellery. Payments were prompt and the whole assessment of jewellery pieces was efficient, accurate and realistic. As we live in Brisbane, the postage process was made very easy.
