5 /5 DJ Wilson: Great experience with outstanding customer service from Cheryl. Bought a beautiful lab diamond ring for my wife, who thought it was beautiful but preferred a different style. Utilising their change of mind policy it was very easy to change this to another ring which we preferred. The service by Cheryl was outstanding throughout the whole process and we ended up getting other gifts for our daughter. Would definitely recommend.

5 /5 Maria Elena Ceballos: Cherry, the manager of this store, is simple an amazing, truly lights up the place!. Every time Im at the store for perfect present for my mom or my friend, always jumps in with so much passion and enthusiasm and great ideas. It is always incredible how she makes the experience in the store so enjoyable! Plus, my English it is not perfect, but she always so understanding and never makes me fell uncomfortable about it. I really wish every manager could be as king and wonderful as Cherry. She is a gem!

1 /5 Hannah Sophia Corbett: Don’t buy jewellery from this brand. Extremely poor quality products and poor customer service. I bought an engagement ring from their Strand store and it lasted just over 2 years before the setting cracked. I have not damaged it, and it was a bezel set diamond which is supposed to be the most sturdy diamond setting. The team told me I’d have to pay $470 to get my ring fixed. When trying to escalate the issue their regional manager was extremely difficult to get a hold of- avoiding my calls and not calling back for 1.5 weeks. He did not take the matter seriously. I would not recommend that anyone buy jewellery intended for long term here as it is very poor quality and the service team is dismissive .

5 /5 Corinne Wylie: I have been shopping at this store for quite a few years and I have always had a pleasant and fun shopping experience that is friendly and professional. The staff have looked after me with any requests or queries I have had. The store manager Cheryl is a lovely lady. I love their products especially the bracelets and the earrings.
