She was so incredibly sweet and patient and helpful as I took my time looking for a perfect gift for my sis-in-law. She went above and beyond to give me the best customer service and made what wouldve been a daunting decision so pleasant. She even threw in complimentary gift wrapping! Both her and her colleague were very understanding and even offered to help replace one of my old, worn out bracelets. Also, the shop is very well-organised and everything just glistens. For someone whos not usually big on jewellery, Ill definitely be paying regular visits!

On our first visit, Alex went above and beyond to help me select the right gold pieces — his advice was honest, thoughtful, and clearly given with good intentions, which made me feel completely at ease and confident in my choices. On our second visit, he even skipped his lunch break to assist us personally — his patience and dedication were genuinely impressive. The rest of the team was just as warm and attentive, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere throughout the store. The space itself is large, well-organised, and offers an outstanding variety of gold pieces to choose from. We travelled from Brisbane specifically to return here, and it certainly won’t be our last visit. Loyal customers for life! Kenneth I visited Hardy Brothers on a whim yesterday while passing through. I had a Tudor gifted to me and wanted a better fit. The friendly and helpful shop assistant, Valentina, adjusted the bracelet and was extremely accommodating to my needs. 5/5 would come back again for service.
