5 /5 Vivian Luong: I had a beautifully custom-designed engagement ring made by Chu, and it exceeded all my expectations. The craftsmanship was stunning and truly one-of-a-kind. Unfortunately, the ring got caught at the wrong angle and bent out of shape. I was devastated! But Chu was quick to come to the rescue. She reshaped the ring perfectly back to its original design, all complementary. Her care, skill, and dedication to her work really show. If youre looking for exceptional service and quality, I cant recommend Chu enough!

5 /5 Tara McCredie: Staff are so helpful and informative! My sisters bought me a ring from here for my birthday this year. Unfortunately it wasn’t the correct size so I’ve brought it in to change. They helped me try on the different sized rings they have available to work out my size, and placed an order for the correct size to be made for me. They also let me know that that they offer re-plating for their gold plated items, which is good to know for another necklace I’d bought earlier this year!
