Jasmine Alexa This location is so beautiful and honestly very calm, relaxing and quiet despite being in a mall, I love the reading and guidance reading particularly from Sue, she is a super uplifting and warm person who delivers her readings in a beautiful and very clearly communicative way, it was illuminating lots of areas and informative creating lots of better insight, she also gave me tools for after the reading to apply onwards. It’s a welcoming environment and all the staff are very lovely and kind, and was great at picking things out when browsing that I wouldn’t have seen, they picked out a very pretty crystal randomly, I was looking for a new gem for my necklace chain and I wear it everyday now, thank you!

Hanna Arain They’ve lost a pretty loyal customer I went in recently with a voucher of $97 I basically had to argue for and induce rude service over a necklace that broke within a few weeks. I wanted to spend the voucher - I went in and saw the psychic in there. Such a lovely guy, honestly. Great reading aswell. Agreed on half an hour - $80. After I came out, the front lady asked if we are going to pay for 45 minutes it took at while. I said it’s not my job to time keep - I should be asked if it is okay to keep going after the 30 minute mark to pay the extra 50 dollars for another 15 minutes. The psychic said it’s fine, no stress with the 30 minutes. The front lady then takes my $97.40 or whatever voucher and says have a great day. I said sorry but you owe me $17 and she tried TO ARGUE WITH ME ABOUT THAT saying it took longer than 30 minutes and this is how much it will cost, my bloody voucher. I said absolutely not, that’s not my problem that you want to have some opinion on this. She gave me back $7 - said that actually the half reading half healing is $90 which was never informed in the beginning, which she just all of a sudden mentioned in the moment after trying to steal my money. From the last time and especially this time, I was just fed up by a stingy argument over 17 dollars and some serious bad energy. Poor crystals have to soak that in and do their big one. You’ve definitely lost a long term customer and its effects of my big mouth Ciao

Damien S My wife and I recently visited Gregory Jewellers in Brookvale, and I have to say, we didn’t really know what to expect. We’d never been to Gregory before, and it’s one of those stores where the doors stay locked, so you have to be let in. As soon as we stepped inside, we were warmly welcomed by Andy. We told him we were looking for a Tag Heuer, and he immediately asked if we had any specific models in mind. I mentioned a few that had caught my eye, and Andy took the time to walk us through the collection. What really stood out was Andy’s knowledge—not just about Tag Heuer, but watches in general. He explained the details, had me try on different models, and made sure I got a real feel for them. We actually weren’t planning on buying anything that day. We figured wed eventually go to the Tag Heuer boutique in Sydney for "the experience." But after leaving, I told my wife, "Honestly, I don’t think we’d get a better experience anywhere else." Within ten minutes, we were back in the store, ready to make a decision. Andy made the entire process so smooth and enjoyable that buying from Gregory’s just felt right. Huge thanks to Andy for his professionalism, knowledge, and great service. If you’re in the market for a watch, I highly recommend Gregory Jewellers—and definitely ask for Andy!

Aleta Harper My 17 year old son bought a locket and chain for $180 for his girlfriends birthday. After just over a month the locket detached from the chain and was lost. Obviously the poor girl was very upset and its very embarrassing for my son as it makes the jewellery look cheap. When I took the chain and receipt back to the store, the manager and her assistant smirked while refusing to replace or refund in direct violation of consumer law.

Vivian Luong I had a beautifully custom-designed engagement ring made by Chu, and it exceeded all my expectations. The craftsmanship was stunning and truly one-of-a-kind. Unfortunately, the ring got caught at the wrong angle and bent out of shape. I was devastated! But Chu was quick to come to the rescue. She reshaped the ring perfectly back to its original design, all complementary. Her care, skill, and dedication to her work really show. If youre looking for exceptional service and quality, I cant recommend Chu enough!

When I got the finished ring I was very surprised with the quality of the ring and such a competitive and reasonable price. I also cant fault Ninfas attention to detail and great customer service.
