Melissa Bezzina The most unprofessional day spa I’ve ever encountered! We called a number of times to advise our inability to attend, if they had of answered the phone or called us back, we would have of been within 24 hrs, however the Asian lady called us back one hour before our appointment! At this time, we were in the medical centre seeing the Doctor, crippled in agony with a severe medical emergency The Asian lady was fiercely abrupt and showed no compassion, concern or empathy, instead she argued this and still charged us full price! After liaising for 4 days with luxury escapes to gain our money back, after providing call logs and a Dr certificate the Asian lady still charged us the cancellation fee! We are NOT happy, given the legitimacy and severity of our circumstances.

Anna M I recently got classic lash extensions with flat lashes, and I couldnt be happier with the results! During my consultation, Yura carefully chose the perfect curl and design to complement my eye shape. She was incredibly gentle throughout the entire treatment, and I actually fell asleep because it was so relaxing. The lashes look so natural, and my eyes are absolutely stunning now. I definitely recommend this place!

Aydin Tajer I wish I could give them Zero star. The worst skin clinic by far. Rude staff, not professional at what they do. Not happy with my result at all and in fact after two or three laser sessions on neck I have hair where I dont want and random bald spots on my neck (which it should have hair). DO NOT GO THERE if you love your skin!

Bethanie Hannagan Very lovely ladies but took 90 minutes to do my eyebrows and I was the only one there. I asked for a natural/fair/light eye brow as I am blonde. They dyed them black and left the lamination serum on way too long that they have burnt the ends of my eyebrows. The price was reasonable at $70 but I’ve never had my eyebrows so atrociously done. Just to emphasise - my boyfriend has been calling me Burt from Sesame Street.

Marie Santos I came to the Macquarie Centre branch without an appointment and was accommodated immediately to get brow lamination, lashlift and tinting. I highly recommend Sabina! She is so skilled and did a transformational job on my brows and lashes :) She is professional, very friendly, accommodating and respectful. I will definitely be coming back to book future appointments with Sabina- it was a 5 star experience.

Natalie Short So relaxing. The staff treat you with such love, care, respect and are very skilled. I got a zebra design for my fingers and plain red for my toes. The precision is incredible. Took my mum as well and we both thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and have reasonable prices as well. Best place Ive had my nails done yet. 10/10 would recommend.

Elena Masoumi I’m very happy with the service provided by the clinicians—professional and caring. However, the clinic has been extremely difficult to contact for bookings. I visited in person and waited for around 15 minutes, but there was no one at the front desk, so I had to leave. Ive also tried calling multiple times with no response. It’s quite frustrating and makes it hard to access the care I need. I hope the management can improve communication and front desk availability—it would make a big difference for patients.

Lily Curtis Been going here for a couple of months now and can’t recommend it enough, they are kind, thoughtful and make sure your needs are satisfied. Went in for my touch up today with my eyelash extensions and Leona did nothing but the best job everything I asked for to be different and more subtle she did exactly that. I recommend Micha Lashes and brows service and quality is amazing.

KDY ONLY Should have read the recent reviews before I went. The brow bar i notmally go to always wipes the area before starting. This place didnt do that. Didnt ask what i want, didnt ask if i was happy. Just said " Done" " pay here " .. Not too satisfied. Feels rushed.

Wendy H I’ve now done laser for pigmentation and cherry angioma, microneedling (both regular and mesoinfus) and chemical peels here. My favourite therapist has to be Mai. She really listened to my concerns and paid particular attention to my problem areas. Many clinics can be quite pushy about selling their own skincare products (which I absolutely hate) but this clinic isn’t. I’m an RN and a big skincare fanatic and this clinic gets a tick from me.

Sharn Horrible! $60 for a manicure? Everyone who got acrylics paid $60 aswell … Wth!??? How is that justified!!??? And she didn’t even do a proper manicure. Showed her a pic for inspo and she literally did the total opposite. When I questioned why the French tip line was crooked she said that’s how my nail goes. I’m beyond livid. Inspo pic and what I got attached. …. $60 for this mess!! Get outta here!!!

Pu I’m so happy—I just found a really good nail salon that does both manicures and pedicures! I’ve tried places in Macquarie, Victoria Cross, and Chatswood before, but they often made my fingers bleed. This new place really impressed me. Tammy helped me pick the perfect color after just a short chat, and the gel was applied super thin and comfortable—exactly how I like it. I was actually quite scared to get my nails done again because I had filed them really short myself and didn’t plan to do them anymore. But they even shaped my nails beautifully. I’ll definitely go back next time. Thank you so much!
