Annette Dawson I recently visited Ning at N2 Beauty Studio for a full-body massage and an anti-aging facial treatment. I have to say that this is by far the best massage and facial I have ever had. She explained the treatment in detail before we began, and she made me feel trusted and comfortable. I left feeling like I was floating on a cloud, and I could feel the benefits, especially the following day. I have already rebooked with her, and I can’t wait for my next appointment. Ning is an amazing therapist, and I highly recommend her.

Danielle Hyde Kas did an amazing job on my hair today, i was a little nervous as i’ve had awful experience with hair dressers before but I could see the confidence as he worked, came out exactly as i wanted, was really observant and great detailing, would give 100 stars if I could! The organisation was also amazing, i came in right on time for the appointment and was immediately seated as the client before left and finish exactly an hour later with everything done perfectly, so many compliments and recommending him to everyone, also very reasonably priced, would happily have payed more :)

Dee Gunning Kas helped my little girl get out a hairbrush that was seriously tangled in her hair. She spent several hours in the salon and Kas patiently tried to unknot her hair so as not to have to cut it. To top it off, he didn’t charge me a cent. What a great human he is. Thank you Kas.

Big On Hats I have been coming here once a month for over a year for colour, grey cover and hair maintenance and styling with Gabby. She is a brilliant colourist and her passion is hair colour, cuts and styling. She is obsessed with detail and perfection. She also has forgiven me attempting supermarket packet dye experiments. Bruno is the best local salon I have ever attended.

charlotte patterson Have been going to Karen for 2 years for my lash extensions and she always does the most amazing job she is so professional and actually takes care of her customers. I recently went overseas and got lash extensions which caused an eye infection and the worst lashes ever. Karen did the most amazing job at the removal. It was tricky because the lashes were glued on so thick but she managed to do the most amazing job getting them off and did not ruin any of my real lashes which I am so thankful for. If you are looking for lash removal or lash extensions I could not recommend Karen more she is honestly the best at what she does.

I always get compliments on my lashes and they last really well. The salon is very comfortable and Karen is always very accommodating, letting me choose the temperature of the fan and always giving me tips to ensure the glue fumes do not get in my eyes. If youve ever had an eyelash lift - you will know they can (and often do) go horribly wrong. Thats why a good eyelash technician is worth their weight in gold! Jacqueline Pockl Candle in waiting room made me sniffly as too over powering in small area. Had a Eye brow wax & lash tint - left with welts, swollen eyes & brow. Felt the wax was too hot. Salon didnt seem to really care when I called them, when I got home & saw my face. I was charged $35 for the brow wax & I didnt have them tinted. Lash tint $15, was done after my wax, so my eyes were watery & irritated so the end result was not really ideal & it was painful & uncomfortable. Been going there for years & new management were disappointing, they said it was because I was sniffling & indicated it was my fault. I said I was fine when I arrived but the candle irritated my sinuses. Could not recommend as I had to pluck the missed hairs from my brow wax myself the next day as they missed more than a few hairs :( the consultant was really nice but clearly lacking experience.

Stella Lee I have visited Ella Bache West Lindfield twice, once in April and once in July, and I could not have been more happy about my visits. The salon is well located, with 1-hour parking available right at the door. The salon and the treatment rooms are spotless. Each time I was greeted warmly by the staff. The manager Kimberley is kind and welcoming. I had a signature facial and the second time a Brighten Me Up facial - both by the therapist Julie. She is highly experienced and her massage was magical. There was a right amount of chit chat so I could relax and enjoy my treatments. There was no pressure to make any product purchase at the end of my treatments. I also received a follow up email for feedback which was quite nice. The results of the facial, especially the Brighten Me Up facial, was great. After the treatment, my skin was clear, bright and luminous for a very long time. It gave me so much confidence that I did not wear makeup at all - for 4 days. Its my favourite facial experience so far. I a seeing myself coming back to this place over and over again.

Scarlett Faktor Lovely people but I went in for a spray tan for formal I wanted to be really dark and even got an extra coat to achieve this. I went home and waited the time before washing, it was not dark at all. It was probably about the same colour as a fake tan on the 5th day when it has all faded. I was super disappointed so I wouldn’t recommend for a spray tan however they were really nice but wont be going again.

Arezu A The few times Ive been here Ive felt really comfortable with the ladies and when you walk in it smells phenomenal, like Im in heaven! Easy to get to with parking outside and also close to a great cafe as well! Glad I found this place given its away from the hustle bustle yet they are professional and efficient! Would recommend!
