Chloe, Merinda and the team at F45 St Ives are absolutely fantastic in having an enjoyable workout experience whilst also improving fitness and form. The community aspect is fantastic and the team genuinely cares for every member at the gym. Recommend highly. Give it a go

I can honestly say St Ives is one of the best studios - it’s not the biggest but it’s by far the best. The members - the trainers - the support - the genuine care factor make it extra special.
