angela hallam Anna’s studio is gorgeous, Anna is a brilliant teacher, she knows her stuff and can work with people of all ages. I joined after attending just one class and have not looked back! I go regularly. My daughter comes with me sometimes too and I love that. The variety of classes and all the teachers are highly qualified. Highly recommend Belong Studio.

The Bay Fitness Club - NSW

Jennifer Ward This is a great gym and I love training here! Beth is a brilliant trainer - super knowledgeable, caring and friendly, she really knows how to get results and how to get the best out of you. I also like how we track our results each session - its so motivating to see how much progress Ive made (and Ive made lots of progress at this gym!). Everyone at The Bay Fitness Club is super friendly and it is absolutely, 100%, not an intimidating environment. I really would recommend this gym to everyone - from beginners to seasoned gym goers alike! Thanks Beth and Paul for creating such a brilliant space!

Graham Matherson I was referred to Alannah through the GLA:D arthritis program. Alannah was supportive, professional and had a higher opinion of what my body could do than me. After completing the six week program my pain level had reduced dramatically and my flexibility and strength had improved significantly. The Project - Group Fitness - NSW

Stephanie Huynh Excellent gym! The strength and conditioning programs are effective (and fun!) and incorporate a huge range of equipment and free weights, plus there’s a running club, running workshops, hiking opportunities, body composition scans, social events, and much more. There’s a strong focus on technique, results, and building skills at the gym. Dan, the owner, is an amazing trainer, brimming with knowledge, experience, advice, and words of wisdom and encouragement. Great community, supportive environment, good vibes, and an all-round good time. I highly recommend The Project.
