Eleanor Ramsey I’ve been going to Loving Pilates for six months and have noticed huge improvements in my core strength and balance. I’ve mostly worked with Daisy, who is incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging and always runs well-structured, thoughtful sessions. She explains movements clearly and gives helpful feedback throughout. I’ve also attended classes with all of the other instructors and have found all of them to be highly professional and knowledgeable. The studio itself is clean, warm and welcoming, and I always leave feeling stronger and ready for the day. Couldn’t recommend Loving Pilates more.

My trainer, Amie, is attentive, and pushes me to reach my goals. In fact all the trainers at Vision Lindfield are friendly and always willing to help. I particularly enjoy the group sessions, Vision Lindfield provide on a daily basis. It’s a great/ fun way to meet new friends in your community.
