HYPOXI - VIC

Gen Fitzgibbon I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Hypoxi Mona Vale. Staff are welcoming and positive, offering realistic advice and strategies for success. Most importantly I dropped weight and even more so, CENTIMETRES! A lot of centimetres in the areas that bothered me the most! Workouts went quickly because they were fun! TV, magazines and friendly conversations made the time fly. Thank you Hypoxi and staff!

Jane Kavanagh-Ford Today I attended Janine’s Aqua Magnesium Wellness Experience. Just bliss. Janine greeted each participant and immediately set up their Aqua bike for their body, leg length, arm length. We were instructed on managing ourselves in the water, with a friendly smile. The first part of the morning was using a noodle and discovering that our bodies moved in all sorts of directions at once while trying to maintain posture. Straight back, ladies! Then came the biking. Clear instructions for hand positioning. Quite an intense workout. Especially with a straight back. Then came the floating part with an eye mask. Eyes closed. Gently bumping into things. And great music. Then change back into clothes to immerse our feet in a foot spa. Mmmmm. Lastly a beverage of choice and a sweet and a savoury and a fruity snack. Thank you Janine for being professional, friendly and having a glorious facility. Large windows. Great outlook. And so clean and neat. I would highly recommend and plan to do it again next year.
