I had the pleasure of delivering a nutrition workshop on the topic of menopause, metabolism and fatigue as organised by the wonderful studio manager, Victoria, and had an incredible time. From the moment i walked in, Emily made the signup process so easy and stress free. She was super friendly and professional, She took the time to explain everything to me, and answer any questions i had. The Gym itself is always clean and tidy, the amenities are always clean when i use them even early in the morning even when the Gym isnt staffed. Highly recommend Anytime Fitness Windsor.
