It is such a welcoming community led by Dane and the team who always take the time to get to know you and your fitness goals. And now with the reformer Pilates option that I’m loving, along with the group fitness classes that include strength and cardio, I can get so much variety with my training each week. I highly recommend TBF for anyone looking for an awesome place to train.

5 /5 Monica Fernandes: Big fan of TBF! The classes are always changing and keep things interesting, and the mix of strength, cardio, and Pilates works really well. The range of class times and the constantly expanding timetable make it easy to fit in a session anytime. The trainers are great at adjusting workouts when needed, and the sauna on recovery days is such a nice bonus.

5 /5 Casey Parsons: The Body Factory has been such a great experience. I was looking for a gym with a real sense of community, and I instantly felt at home. I love the mix of group fitness and reformer Pilates, and the infrared sauna being included in the membership is such a bonus!

5 /5 lauren souris: TBF is the best gym the shire has to offer. All the staff are super friendly and inclusive. There is a variety in classes and exercises change all the time- keeping the fun in working out. Dane is also very flexible and understanding.
