Antonio Leon I have practiced many sports in my life: swimming, jogging, cycling, and so on. During my visit to Sydney, my family invited me to try CrossFit, and it has been an amazing experience. I started at CrossFit New Beginning, and it was spectacular: the box is an incredible concept, the coaches are the best (always willing to help, welcoming, inspiring, and pushing you to be your best), and the people who train there are true warriors. I found much more than I ever expected. I truly recommend it. Thank you so much for the experience and your friendship. It’s a New Beginning!!!!

Zack Azim $5 casuals... that is absolutely unreal! No where in Melbourne would you get a facility like NRG. They have a great atmosphere, equipment is endless; which includes a designated strength area and MMA section too. Pretty much something for everyone. Staff were also helpful, professional and super down to earth to chat with at the front desk. Definitely would recommend for any serious trainers in the Eastern suburbs to head on down. You wont be disappointed :)
