Viktor Lidstrƶm Best place for waterpolo ooutof the few places my sons and I have played in the area. I used to like the cafƩ, but I dont know what has happened there... coffee and chips were more expensive and lower quality last time we were there and ordered - maybe a hiccup, but it deterred me from ordering anything the following time we visited.

Andrew John Awesome facility with a heap of space. They have a relaxed style of on boarding that isnt the classic aggressive sales tactics. No lock in contracts and super decent weekly membership (not posted in case it changes). They have a heap of classes that you dont need to book into and the vibe is friendly. Not very crowded either and everyone who goes tends to be friendly. All types train here.

Run Fit - VIC

Kevin I’ve been with Run Fit for a couple of years now & can honestly say what a difference Heather has made to my overall health, fitness & running ability. Her support & willingness to be there for you for anything is amazing, The HIIT sessions are so considered & beneficial to strength & injury prevention & aid in improving running too. I’ve always hated running & never saw any improvement until I joined Run Fit & now I love it & am able to run faster & for longer. So grateful to Heather ā¤ļø
