With Jolt Fitness, Ive achieved weight loss, strength, endurance and a love of exercising and looking after my wellbeing.
Brad and Tina are amazing trainers who encourage everyone to find their inner strength so that we can put in 110% in every single session. In addition to the daily training sessions, Brad and Tina also incorporate benchmarks to keep us motivated and striving to achieve our fitness goals, nutrition seminars, beach workouts, challenges and more! Every single session is different - I dont believe Ive ever done the same session twice.
One of the other main reasons why I love Jolt Fitness is the training environment and the sense of community which has been established. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and encouraging and as a result Ive made some really good friends over the years.
I highly recommend Jolt Fitness to anyone whos interested in doing challenging workouts which offer variety and adaptability to your fitness level all in a fun and supportive environment.
