Olivia M Lilian was wonderful! She took a look at my skin and was able to identify some issues immediately - she asked me questions regarding my skin care routine, what products I use and tailored my treatment to my skin as well as talking me through what each product/treatment would do to assist with my skin. Lilian also was kind enough to talk to me about my current products and advise what is good for my skin and what isnt without trying to upsell me or sell me any promoted products. Was great to have a facial that felt amazing but was also assisting in the treatment of my skin.

Lilian was very generous and was able to accommodate me last minute for an after hours appointment on Saturday night. I had an incredibly relaxing treatment and wouldnt hesitate to recommend her magic hands to anyone else.

She chooses the treatment based on my skin condition and concerns each time, and I always feel a noticeable difference after every visit. I also bought some Synergie Skin products from her and they’ve been working so well for me. You can really feel how much she cares and wants the best for your skin. Highly recommend!

Melissa Mason A very safe pair of hands for your brows and lashes. Anastasia understands brows and has kept mine looking amazing for a few years now. She listens to what you want, which is rare among beauticians who always insist on a particular lash tint colour for me regardless of what I want. But Anastasia listened to and understood my reasons for not wanting blue/black so I have complete confidence in her. This new home in Penshurts’s busy little high street is perfect and easily accessible by car and train. And as she is tucked behind a hairdresser, you can go all out and get your hair done too!! Anisha Thapa Very bad service, the lady with blond hair who wear glass as well, she doesn’t know how to treat customers. I went for my eyebrows waxing and she call me to the room with index finger. I have worst experience in this shop with that lady. She botched my eyebrows very badly. She made my eyebrows two different shape. Eventhough I did not say anything to her and went to the counter to pay, and charged me very expensive, after all her mistakes. I had a feeling that she is not good and she will make mistakes. I should listen to my feelings. I don’t recommend to anyone to this shop. There is plenty of shops don’t waste time to this!!!

Nicola I bought a gift voucher for my Mum for Christmas, and she finally made time for herself and had the chance to use it, straight after she phoned me and she couldnt stop telling me just how wonderful the whole experience was, she felt amazing after the facial she chose and very special during the facial. Tara Naseri I’ve known May for a number of years. She recently moved to Penshurst salon spa to run her new business. I drove 50 mins to get my nails done by her as her job is just flawless and I’ve never left her salon unhappy. Highly recommend her work. You go and see it for yourself .

永山理々香 Just right after shes done with my nails went for herself getting her nails by her corworker without checking mine. I wanted to get them thicker but pretty thin and theres a weird bubble on my ring finger and also my finger skin clour got brown..I rubbed it to take it off but cant be back to skin clour anymore. I was going to come back here next time because local and like what they have but Id love to get my money back.

borat jerry Had come in to do a full set on Wednesday. I had shown the worker a photo and explained the shape I wanted but I for some reason got different end results. My nails still look nice but I paid $75 for nails that weren’t done the way I had asked. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to redo the entire process as I had somewhere to be but I’m rather unhappy with the shape I got compared to what I asked for. Extremely lovely service tho and they take time and effort into their work which is appreciated.
