Joshua Mosley Worst barber I have ever got my haircut by. He just completely rushes the job. You ask for a skin fade and he gives you a 0 fade without a blend. No care or pride in his work, you walk in the door and the next 10 minutes you are out the door. The haircuts may be cheap but now it’s understandable why… Go to this barber If you want a butcher cutting your hair, worst haircut I’ve ever received and I thought my Mums cuts were bad when I was a kid… 0 stars from me

Shes able to work with my vague instructions (because I dont know what I want) and makes it into a masterpiece! Shes super friendly and has amazing customer service! Priscilla Tang Amazing First Visit – Exceptional Service! Had my first visit to this salon, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the impeccable service from Christine and her team. From the warm welcome to the little thoughtful touches—like offering a cushion, coffee, and snacks—they made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Unlike other salons where I’d just be told to wait, I was attended to immediately with a hair wash and help with my bag and coat. I signed up for the Shiseido permanent hair straightening, which took five hours, and I was truly impressed by Christine’s expertise. You can instantly tell the difference when she works with scissors—her precision and attention to detail are exceptional. If something isn’t perfect, she’ll redo it without hesitation. The team even stayed late to ensure everything was done properly, and the results were absolutely worth it. I’m beyond happy with my hair and have finally found my go-to salon in Sydney. Highly recommend!

Valkyriess Starlight The hairstyling here is phenomenal. They do practically everything and its better priced than most places. I just had my hair done by Christine and I LOVE it. Its the perfect length, super manageable and looks amazing. Service is 10/10. Everyone is helpful and nice.

Wow, every hairdresser there does an amazing job, but a special shout out to Jay, who has been my go to since I started. She does amazing foils and colours, ghd curls, offers advice and works with me to achieve what suits me best. She always takes care to ensure she looks after your hair throughout the whole process. I always walk out feeling like a million dollars! I highly recommend Atelier Hair by C salon for any of your hair needs.

REBECCA Parker Zeinab and Mobina are both very friendly, talented and professional. Zeinab does my brows perfectly every time and is never in a rush. She also just cut my hair for the first time and Im so happy with it. She really listened to what I wanted but also gave me her advice on what would look the best. I had a facial from Mobina. It was so relaxing and my skin looked so hydrated afterwards. Most importantly, she knows how to treat sensitive, dry skin like mine. I highly recommend both of them!

Jorge Andres Hernandez Aillon Although the guy knows how to cut hair, he did not understand my instruction that I wanted a "blowout" fade, a word that I believe is well recognized in the barbering world, so I try to explain that the haircut that I want is "compressed" like 0,1,2,3 in a small space, but it doesnt work maybe because English is not my first language and my explanation was bad. It was my mistake not to have a photo at the time of what I wanted, but at least, in another barbershop, when I said "mid fade blowout" they understood me perfectly and did what I expected. I didnt like the result, in addition to the fact that on the right side there was a missing level to delete, so the fade was not "harmonious", the haircut was missing a review at the end to know that everything is fine. I recommend to bring a photo of what you want, a recommendation from the barber would also be good given that the shape of the head and face greatly influence the final result, so, in my case, the oval was intensified from my head and now it looks like an egg. I attach photos, unfortunately in person it is much more noticeable.

They always do a great job and I walk out feeling like a million dollars. If a hairdresser has a lot of old regular customers I believe it speaks volumes. Linda J Minassian Julie has been my hairdresser for 29 years! When I was 17 she was the first person to colour my hair and I’ve been her client since. She is amazing with my blonde hair. Everyone always comments on it. Her salon is welcoming and she uses the best products.

Test Testing I went for a trim and a tidy up of my seat length hair. We agreed that it needed about 10cm taken off which i was ok with, however they took more like 20-25cm off!!! So not authorised. Had the nerve to say "it is still long"!!! Charged me $90 for hacking off my length.... will not go back!!!

christina marinovic I was absolutely devastated today when I found my hair looking like this. I got my hair cut on Saturday the 1st of February and asked for layers however for anyone with common sense, this is not layers. I only realised today as my hair had been curled on Saturday and so I had not noticed until I washed my hair. I was told my ‘layers’ would compliment the fact that my hair is pin straight and so I was looking forward to it as my previous haircut had also been crap. This is the choppiest haircut and it has completely ruined my hair. This cannot be fixed and for the $180 I spent, this is absolutely ridiculous. Update: I received a phone call from Tiffany who was absolutely lovely. She was very apologetic and overall very polite. She asked if I was able to come back in to get my hair fixed up by their manager Madison, free of charge and also arranged a refund for me. When I went back in I had Madison fix my haircut to the best of her abilities and she did an absolutely amazing job. She told me the best way to cut my specific hair type as well as cut my hair with a technique I have never seen done before. Although she couldn’t fix my hair completely, she made such a huge difference and made sure to make me aware of everything she was doing as she did it. Madison was just as lovely as Tiffany and they both were a huge help and I appreciated it so so much!! I will definitely be coming back to get my haircut my Madison!

Louise Hourd Attentive staff, clean, modern salon. Blow dry was ok. Unfortunately the blow dry dropped very quickly, it may have been the product or perhaps the fact my hair is thick. I do know as a rule my hair will hold a style for a week. Update 16/6 I had the pleasure of a complimentary blow dry offered to me by the Franck Provost Service team. My concerns were genuinely listened too and that was fine with me. When I received the offer to redo my blow dry I was delighted. The difference this time was I communicated better, the stylist listened and the whole experience and outcome was very different. Happy to say the blow dry lasted a week and will be happy to return to the Macquarie Centre Salon

grace demasi Showed my stylist what I wanted and she delivered perfectly! Would highly recommend coming here, after going to other salons in hornsby i think I’ll stick to this one. Only negative was trying to reach staff on the phone, I rung for 15 minutes straight trying to contact the store but no one picked up- but understandably they were quite busy. Other than that, 5 stars!

They are always friendly and attentive and listen carefully and make suggestions as well about possible new hairstyles to try (even for an old bloke like myself). Yesterday I had my haircut by a new starter Andrew who gave me a top notch haircut and beard trim. In the salon, Sargis the owner has some amazing photos of him with a very young Lionel Messi, Carlos Tevez and Mike Tyson and other celebs. Shay Not a good experience. With 2 months worth of hair, my haircut was over in 5 minutes. Every instruction or detail I asked for was ignored, or in fact, the barber began to make his own suggestions about what should be done with my hair. Clearly had other ideas and cut my hair so much shorter than it should be so now it can’t be styled the way I wanted. I had to double check we were done because it was over so quick. It was only when I actually touched my hair I realised chunks had been removed. Can’t recommend.
