Sonia Baird If I could choose 0 stars I would. Useless company. No-one responds to multiple emails sent to them specifically requesting a response. Their phone service is also pathetic. Honestly I don’t know how they stay in business because they are hopeless in every business aspect - their communication and response is very very poor.
Kate - please get back to your clients by returning emails and phone calls, or at least have your colleagues do so. Have the decency. Extremely unprofessional.

Ashley Osborne Nathan and Kate obviously know nothing about customer service. They dont respond to emails until 6 days later if at all. In addition they can not provide balances on your account. Also if your account has been paid in full they will let you keep paying. Finally if you account has been terminated they wont contact you, they will continue to take your money, and they cant provide evidence of where the money went.
