1 /5 Sonia Baird: If I could choose 0 stars I would. Useless company. No-one responds to multiple emails sent to them specifically requesting a response. Their phone service is also pathetic. Honestly I don’t know how they stay in business because they are hopeless in every business aspect - their communication and response is very very poor. Kate - please get back to your clients by returning emails and phone calls, or at least have your colleagues do so. Have the decency. Extremely unprofessional.

1 /5 Ashley Osborne: Nathan and Kate obviously know nothing about customer service. They dont respond to emails until 6 days later if at all. In addition they can not provide balances on your account. Also if your account has been paid in full they will let you keep paying. Finally if you account has been terminated they wont contact you, they will continue to take your money, and they cant provide evidence of where the money went.

1 /5 Snowy: Keep getting calls for my senior mum who has no idea about finances and wanting to talk to her. Cannot understand simple English to know that a person does not want to speak to them. When I try to speak on behalf of my mother the lady says she will keep trying to call and speak to my mum. My mum never gave consent to anyone but they insist that she has. Called them and told them to remove the number. Pathetic customer service depressing senior citizens.

1 /5 Claudia: Pathetic company. Their client is Energy Australia and unfortunately Im left to deal with a billing dispute with this incompetent company. When they call, it is clear that they havent even read an email reply that I SENT TO THEIR EMAIL days ago. They run separate departments for different communication channels. You have to deal with a rep from email channel and a different rep that call you about the same case that youre already emailing about. Classic set up to make the customer repeat themselves ten thousand times. FYI, Ive changed my utilities provider and sent a cute note to the ombudsman.

1 /5 Li Ma: Not sure how they got my contact number but I’m pretty sure they have breached privacy laws. They where trying to locate someone and the contacted me to get the other parties details and pass on a message. They made up a story about a business proposition but they are obviously Debt collectors.
