I called up after not being able to get in Endota for a massage, the lovely receptionist Grace picked up the phone and was so refreshing to hear a voice that was so happy and willing to help me. Juanita had magical hands and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole process I feel asleep twice towards end of the massage when I was meant to be getting ready haha. Sharon Rawling Today I attended for Biab infill and for the second time was told the price was more to have them shaped on top of infills. I questioned this and the girl insisted it was more. I refused to pay the extra and said I would speak to the management. So very disappointed will definitely be finding a new place as this is not good enough.

Mon K Honestly, I am so disappointed. I walked into the salon last week and booked an appointment in person for today. I arrived at my booking time to be told I didn’t have a booking at all today. And they could only fit me in at 8pm which I am unable to make. When I made the appointment, I witnessed the business owner write my name and number into the booking day sheet for today. The owner was totally unapologetic and didn’t care at all that I had taken time out my day to make my appointment. This was strike 2. When I phone to make my first appointment several weeks ago I asked to have my appointment with the owner as that was who I was referred to. When I arrived at my appointment I was told she had booked me in with another hairdresser. I then waited over 45 minutes for my appointment. The whole process was drawn out and took much longer than advised and anticipated. The hairdresser was lovely and the result was ok but after having since washed it at home it was quite streaky and not blended very well. As the hairdresser was nice I decided to give them another go. I don’t know why I bothered. Won’t bother ever going back. Just ridiculous and so disappointed. Such bad customer service.

I got the threading and dye - at first the colour is intense but dont worry, its natural looking once you wash your face and your brows look beautifully defined. Im so glad I found a local brow artist because they are hard to come by.

She was super lovely, so thorough and took real care to make them look perfect. Fantastic experience - this is where I will go from now on and hopefully make it more regular now. Annie Ishida I really liked coming to get my eyebrows done here but I was doing paid training for a job and once I decided the role was not for me I was never paid for the hours even though I was promised on multiple occasions that I should receive it the following day or very soon. sophie janicaud My 7 year old daughter had her ears pierced at Creative Mantra this morning and all I can say is WOW!! She was nervous going in but shouldn’t have been. The whole process was so professional and made into a positive experience for her. Everything was explained in great detail prior to anything being done and my daughter left with a beaming smile on her face thanks to the gentle approach taken and calming manner (the certificate and goody bag helped too). Highly recommended!

Patricia One star belongs to the shops in the centre, management dont get a star for the simple reason the owners are extremely slack. It took them three months to repair something as simple as a toilet door lock and now the lift is out of order for two weeks now your guess is as good as mine when it will be up and running again, but for the time being i will have to take my broken ankle and shop at Coles and woolworths. Meanwhile, the managements still collecting rent from the stores.

Its a perfect little shopping village to get everything you need done. The new Dan Murphy is a MUST see and I love Aldi and the Reject Store. Its a fav place to shop in Engadine.

Isabella Fitzgerald Warning . Worst nails I’ve ever had done. They completely ruined my nails. Has finger nail done. These people should not be in business . I simply wanted infills and a repair on one nail. The older woman used a small knife to peel of my sns. I went in with long natural nails and she butchered them convinced me it would be sorted. I left with all my nails shorter then my finger tips as none of them were straight all were damaged and they filed and cut my length and filed across the grain. This experience is depressing as it took me a year to get my nails nice in the first place. I dont ever bother doing reviews but people need to be warned. Within 24 hrs all my nails also started to chip. It’s going to take me months to get them to grow back. I had to go somewhere else to get them repaired a couple of days later. DO NOT WALK INTO this place. They should not be in business.

Rita Franklin If I could leave zero stars for this salon I would. I called up to ask if they do bio sculpture gel nails and the lady who answered the phone was so rude when I said bio sculpture she said oh yeah yeah yeah bio gel. I needed to clarify so I said, no Im not sure your understanding Im asking if you provide bio sculpture gel nails, its a different process. It felt like she was trying to get off the phone and just wasnt listening to what I was asking. Ive previously been recommended to this place by a friend, but I personally would not step foot in this place. She basically couldnt wait to get me off the phone and she hung up on me before I was finished Speaking. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON YOU WILL BE SORRY.

marley This place was rude, and awful. I went to get my nails done and they were rough withy hands while also ignorant. During the session my fingers were burned by the chemicals and polishes. And within the final result my nails were crooked and slanted to the side, with multiple air bubbles and dirt. Upon further inspection one of my fingers ended up bleeding and my finger tips turned purple. Highly do not recommend. it was so bad I wanted to give you a 0 but thats not possible so I give you a 1.
