Sofia Dimasi As a professional dancer Kellie has been brilliant in mentoring/teaching me for the past 7 years, she has been incredible in maintaining my strength and assisted me through all sorts of injuries, continually making me stronger and more efficient in my movement pathways. Whilst being at New Zealand School of Dance Kellie was still able to teach me and add to my training as a fulltime dancer, it was easy and effective to see Kellie via zoom. Highly recommend for dancers, for injury prevention and added strength!

Beth Penney Kellie is one of the most knowledgeable and caring instructors there is. No matter the reason you need pilates/movement whether it’s a serious injury/condition or athletic conditioning up to an elite level, Kellie will help you reach your goals and then some.
I still remember my sessions with her nearly 10 years ago, I’d hurt back during full time dance training and was told I’d have the injury for the rest of my life. Thanks to Kellie and her attention to detail and encouraging nature, I don’t have that injury any more. So looking forward to seeing her in Beacon Hill at her beautiful new studio!
