Rebecca Warren The group Pilates classes are fantastic. Jana is a great instructor - friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging. Her teaching is personalised and attentive, she gives assistance and feedback to each member of the group to ensure the postures are working for them. Highly recommend!

John Gilmour I have been a member of this gym for 11 years and have enjoyed every minute of my membership there. David is a keen Gym owner concerned with ensuring that his customers enjoy their experience but importantly get fitter and healthier. Nothing is too much trouble for Dave provided you (the customer) explain your needs to him. Oh and the other customers who visit the gym are friendly and all seem to enjoy their experiences. I recommend it highly if you wish to get fit and healthy and have fun whilst doing so!

Lynette Madden David is a fantastic Trainer, I can already feel my general fitness has improved considerably and I am starting to loose those extra kilos I wanted to shift. I particularly love the group work outs, great bunch of people and atmosphere:)

Jeremy Goddard I have been going to Medigym for over 5 years and it is an important part of my weekly schedule. The customised programs enable me to remain active and live a busy and rewarding life. the team, led by Pete, are great and always positive. They have just added yoga which I enjoy. I highly recommend Medigym for people who want to remain active and fit.

IOLANDA TROVATELLO I started my Pilates journey with Kellie in 2006 and always felt like she really knew my body and prescribed exactly what I needed. No cookie cutter approach and every movement felt like it was created just for me. Now she is back in Sydney I have started Gyrotonic sessions at her studio which is new for me and my body, mind and soul love it. I am so excited to continue on this journey with Kellie. Her knowledge, intuition, teaching and guidance is like nothing I’ve experienced. Thanks Kellie. Look forward to progressing.

Liz Dene Kellie has completely changed my body and the way I move. After years of training and a range of injuries, Kellie has helped to correct poor movement patterns and helped me be able to continue with a range of activities. Each session, Kellie reviews my alignment and adjusts the session based on what I need. It’s like getting a tune-up for the body each week. I walk out feeling taller, aligned and ready for the week.

Sofia Dimasi As a professional dancer Kellie has been brilliant in mentoring/teaching me for the past 7 years, she has been incredible in maintaining my strength and assisted me through all sorts of injuries, continually making me stronger and more efficient in my movement pathways. Whilst being at New Zealand School of Dance Kellie was still able to teach me and add to my training as a fulltime dancer, it was easy and effective to see Kellie via zoom. Highly recommend for dancers, for injury prevention and added strength!

Beth Penney Kellie is one of the most knowledgeable and caring instructors there is. No matter the reason you need pilates/movement whether it’s a serious injury/condition or athletic conditioning up to an elite level, Kellie will help you reach your goals and then some. I still remember my sessions with her nearly 10 years ago, I’d hurt back during full time dance training and was told I’d have the injury for the rest of my life. Thanks to Kellie and her attention to detail and encouraging nature, I don’t have that injury any more. So looking forward to seeing her in Beacon Hill at her beautiful new studio!
