The customised programs enable me to remain active and live a busy and rewarding life. the team, led by Pete, are great and always positive. They have just added yoga which I enjoy. I highly recommend Medigym for people who want to remain active and fit.

5 /5 Sam Clarke: I have been going to Medigym in Frenchs Forest for about 18 months now. Probably the longest time I have stuck with a gym ever ! I find it really suits me as the focus is on strength, flexibility and balance, so, not making you sweat all the time and get exhausted. The programs they set you seem to cycle through the muscle groups so you get the benefits without the pain I have had at previous gyms. I enjoy the flexibility, just turn up when it suits me, pick up my program sheet, do a warm up on the bike then start the exercises. The instructors monitor what I am doing and provide encouragement and corrections to make sure I do the exercises correctly. Every one very friendly and it’s nice that the other students are of a similar vintage. Highly recommended…. Sam
