5 /5 Twee Twee: My husband gave me a beautiful rose gold and white gold cross from Cerrone for Christmas 2024. The craftmanship, intricacy and quality of this piece was off the scales. Further, I then ordered a white gold chain to go with the cross. Cerrone (especially Bryan) were exceptionally helpful and through a series of consultations via text and email, I selected a chain which was mailed to me securely and promptly. The whole process was seamless and positive. Items are beautifully encased and wrapped as well so perfect for gift-giving. I highly recommend Cerrone for not only the gorgeous jewellery but the polite and attentive customer service and attention to detail.

2 /5 River Martin: My partner and I went in over 3 weeks ago for an appointment to look at wedding rings. The receptionist was welcoming. There was not much on display that would make a set with my engagement ring which was also purchased here, so we needed to discuss a custom design. The consultant was not friendly or warm at all, they were unhelpful and difficult to get information from. At the end of the consult, they said they would send us a quote and confirmed our contact information - we still havent received the quote.
