1 /5 Vanessa A: Came to ask with a smiling face if how long are the fob watches for sale. Sales lady stared at me and said "end of June" then proceeded with doing her stuff. I was still talking and she just went on with what she was doing. Very rude customer service.

1 /5 Meet Kaur: Terrible customer service. Went on Sunday just for watches. Total 3 staff were there 1 with customers and other 2 busy in talking. When I asked them about the prices of watch they rudely replied what outside their displayed is the price, didnt bother to say hi as I asked them hi how are you. As I have read the reviews before online, still thought no lets go atleast once. That was my first ever visit to shop, A big no for next time.

1 /5 Sergey Kochansky: Do not recommend Werribee A&C store! I bought a Tissot watch at Werribee pacific Angus and Coote store on 10th March 2018. The faulty watch kept stopping the first and only day I was wearing it. We asked for the full refund but were offered a repair or exchange but not refund. The store manager (David) kept telling us that he needs to seek advice from his head office manager (Tony) and was reluctant to advise (did not called when promised) us on a situation of refund. We tried to contact Head office manager directly and filled claim on official A&C web site and received no respond at all. Preparing claim to ACCC.
