kiara danaher i had my helix done by (forgive me if spelt wrong) shalanah, i believe she said she was from melbourne central, she was genuinely so sweet and patient with me despite the fact i was shaking in my boots... i got a hidden helix and have experienced literally nothing wrong with it. she also quoted me the exact cent before we started (85.98) about a month prior i got my conch done by holly, she was so so patient as well despite the fact i told her to wait like twice before i adjusted myself to get pierced, she allowed me to have 2 people holding my hand in the room with me and it was perfect. she was so sweet, i have had no issues at ALL

She ignored me when I asked for help and gave me mean looks. Today, she called me a slur , which really upset me. Because of this, I dont plan to come back.

Ray Of hope The customer service at this store is very disappointing. The manager needs to provide proper training to the staff. I visited today around 6 PM and encountered two women who did not know how to address customers properly. The service was terrible, and I will avoid going to this store in the future because customer service is very important to me. Its crucial how customers are treated.

I usually avoid writing bad reviews, but the owner of this business needs to take a serious look at the reviews and address what’s happening here. I own 12 retail stores across Victoria, including one in this shopping center, but I have never encountered such immature behavior from any employees. An employee named Tina (as she said her name was) behaved in a shockingly rude manner. When I pointed out how inappropriate her behavior was, her response was simply, “Whatever.” There is clearly something very wrong here, and I believe Tina urgently needs some help. I genuinely wish her well, but this kind of attitude is unacceptable. To make matters worse, other employee was laughing during our discussion. What a shameful display. Please provide your staff with proper training, or you’ll soon find yourselves laughing at the consequences. To the young girl working with Tina: I strongly urge you to run away from this toxic work environment. You have your whole future ahead of you, and staying in such a negative environment will leave you with traumatic experiences that may hold you back in life. You are too young to be subjected to this kind of negativity. This business lost an easy $500 sale today, as I had already decided to make a purchase, and now it has also earned a bad review.
