Irena was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, guiding my fiancé through the most special and significant purchase of his life with my engagement ring as well as our wedding bands. She made the entire process smooth and enjoyable, ensuring that nothing was too difficult. Irena truly went above and beyond to look after us, offering valuable advice and support for our wedding purchases. Her professionalism and warmth made all the difference, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our experience. Thank you, Irena, for making this journey so memorable! 5 /5 sumitha krishnamurthy: My experience at Simon Curwood is as dear as the diamond ring of my dreams sitting pretty now on my finger ♥️. It was a long journey spanning jewellers not just in Australia but abroad too, for me to find a place that would create the ring with all the minute detailing I so wanted. It got to a point where I thought I’d definitely have to compromise on what exactly I wanted. Then accidentally (cos I was actually looking to get scallop potatoes that day!!), I stumbled upon their showroom at Werribee and thought, hmmmm let me just ask here for all its worth. I was greeted warmly by Lian, who to my surprise had only ‘YES, that’s possible’ to all my requests for my ring, right to the challenging engraving. That itself for me was a RARE FIND. It was too good to believe I thought, but went ahead. And today, I’m truly on seventh heaven (with a dash of ‘I cannot believe my eyes’ ), every time I look at my solitaire shining up at me. Lian was an absolute star, who incorporated my every detail so diligently in her notes and follow ups, and made sure to translate them with perfection to the makers to bring this unforgettable experience and beautiful reality right into my hands. Thankyou Simon Curwood for this and I can tell you, that going forward there will be more jewellery of mine wearing your name.

5 /5 Micheal Naawi: Wow oh wow. I had the pleasure of dealing with Sam. She was incredible from beginning to end. It was my first store and I was absolutely lost in what I was looking for. She made the process fun enjoyable and understaable. She took the stress from it all and worked so critically with me to get every detail right. Sam while I sure deals with many many customers. She made it feel like I was the only customer she had been dealing with over the couple months of the process. Greeting me everytime like i was a close friend remembering my name and details of my order but also my Partners name including other little details that are minor but important. I seriously could not recommend Simon Curwood enough. This place was a blessing. Thank you Simon Curwood Werribee and thank you Sam.
