Took a couple of watches in to get some links taken out and Maribeth did a fantastic job and even taught me a thing or two about my watches as I don’t know a lot about them apart from the fact I just really like my ones haha. I asked how much I owed for the service and she did them for FREE! Will be coming back again to get more done at a later date. Highly recommend coming here!! :-)

5 /5 Chris White: I called in to ask for a ring to cleaned. I expected to pay a fee for this service but they wouldn’t accept anything. Moreover both Maribeth and Rachel could not have been any more helpful. The ring after cleaning looked brand new. Wallace and Bishop are lucky to have them. Thank you so much for the service.

5 /5 Annabelle OFarrell: We had a wonderful experience today with Robin and Dean. Robin was incredibly helpful in assisting us with our purchase! When I mentioned to Dean that my rings had become too large, she kindly gifted me some silicone ring inserts to prevent them from slipping off. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and it was clear that they truly enjoy their work and helping others. Thank you again!!

5 /5 Abundant Life: Best service ever. I brought in my son’s watch to be fixed on a busy Thursday afternoon. It really meant a lot to him and it had broken off when he broke his arm (which needed three surgeries to fix). On approaching the register, I was greeted with a smile and offered assistance. The lady listened to my issue, took a look at the watch and began working on it straight away. Although it was a bit tricky, she had it fixed on the spot, in such a short time and had a warm and friendly demeanour the whole time. She really made us feel like it was no trouble at all. It was such a relief to have this fixed and to top it off, it was completely free of charge! This is the only shop I’ll be going to from now on for all my jewellery needs. Highly recommended!!!!
